veganzombiez:   Eek, this is always troubling.  Fortunately, this means that someone, either a player or WGA employee, noticed something suspicious about your account, and we're taking a look to make sure everything's all hunky-dory!  I see you've already submitted a ticket, so someone will be updating you once they've figured things out.   Hope it turns out to be a false alarm!

veganzombiez:   I would definitely submit a ticket to Support, and we'll be able to take a look at your logs around that time to help you figure out what happened!

veganzombiez:   Whoa, that looks like your garage is a beehive.   Chuck a link to that video into Support, and include your DxDiag, python, and WoTlauncher log (the latter two are found in your World of Tanks install folder).   We'll definitely take a look at this!

veganzombiez:   You're still seeing this issue even after a fresh install?  That's definitely wonky, so I'd recommend submitting an uncropped screenshot, your DxDiag, python, and WoTLauncher logs to Support.  We'll take a look at it!

Trevzor:   Right now our wrapper only works for the live client. It will download, install, and run the game all on its own. No extra client download needed.

Hypnotik: It's not in the tourney system, we checked. I wanted to at least do an abbreviated one-day Map Exhibition tourney on it, but we couldn't.

Pigeon_of_War:   That's probably the best response and most likely the solution to the issue at hand. Of course, if it is still an issue, send us a ticket and let us know! 

Pigeon_of_War: Hey Tankers, the Pigeon is roosting here again.   So here is the thing about bot complaints, when we get them we send them off to be investigated. We aren't allowed to do the following:   1. Say what we look for in the investigation 2. Say how many we investigate. 3. Say the name of the player(s) we are investigating. 4. Say what happens to the players that are reported.    Consider this, someone has to make those bot programs and if their "customers" come complaining to them saying they got caught and how, and this information becomes very public,  then the bot creators will just make stronger bot programs. I know it seem frustrating when you might see a bot and want them out of the game, but rest assured we take every bot complaint  made to us VERY seriously and will take action if it is needed.    Please don't let this discourage sending complaints to us, because we always actively work to keep our game clear. Especially the Pigeon of WAR!

When running the WOT client go to the graphical settings (ESC -> Settings -> Graphics within your client) and select “high” preset. Enter a battle and record the client FPS. FPS can be found in the upper left corner of the in-battle interface. Repeat recording the FPS at the other graphical settings (e.g. minimum, low, medium). Try playing around with the graphical presets to find what works best at your mac in terms of the client performance and FPS. Submit the information on the mac configuration to us together with the collected information on FPS at different graphical settings and general feedback on the product in the following form:   Mac configuration Model e.g. MacBook Pro Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013 Processor e.g. 3 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory e.g. 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics e.g. Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB Software e.g. OS X 10.9 Graphical preset FPS High Your FPS at high graphical settings, e.g. 30 Medium Your FPS at medium  graphical settings, e.g.40 Low Your FPS at low graphical settings, e.g.45 Minimum Your FPS at minimum graphical settings, e.g. 55 General feedback on the product Short general feedback report including any found bugs. E.g.: Works great!       Additionally please submit the following files to World of Tanks Support > Game Support with the title of “Mac Wrapper Information”: 5-10 replays taken while using the Mac wrapper (can be found in Documents/World_of_Tanks/replays) Files python.log, influx_PS.log (also found in in Documents/World_of_Tanks) Screenshots of “game” and “graphics” preference tabs with your best performing configuration.   Please follow those steps and leave your feedback in this thread.
