Idle/Bot complaint feature suspended?

Pigeon_of_War: Hey Tankers, the Pigeon is roosting here again.   So here is the thing about bot complaints, when we get them we send them off to be investigated. We aren't allowed to do the following:   1. Say what we look for in the investigation 2. Say how many we investigate. 3. Say the name of the player(s) we are investigating. 4. Say what happens to the players that are reported.    Consider this, someone has to make those bot programs and if their "customers" come complaining to them saying they got caught and how, and this information becomes very public,  then the bot creators will just make stronger bot programs. I know it seem frustrating when you might see a bot and want them out of the game, but rest assured we take every bot complaint  made to us VERY seriously and will take action if it is needed.    Please don't let this discourage sending complaints to us, because we always actively work to keep our game clear. Especially the Pigeon of WAR!
