Campagnolo: We haven't experienced any issues so far regarding load times, but please keep in mind that the min req's have increased recently.   Please send in a ticket with a dxdiag, python, and other information so we can see what's going on!

Pigeon_of_War: Hey Tankers,   I am currently logged intot he Support site via Chrome and thew direct link I have HERE seems to be working fine.  I can say for sure the ticketing system is indeed working.    As mentioned, we do not offer phone support.    Please make sure to clear your cache and/or browser history, as in the past this typically resolved the issue.

Laera: Greetings Tankers!   We have an update from our lovely developers about changes coming in 9.1! While this is already circulated on the RU and EU forums, we thought it was worth an official post here for those who haven't seen it yet.   Our development team has been thoroughly reviewing and analyzing the vehicle balancing changes we have planned for the next update. As a result of this review we have decided to cancel some of the vehicle balance adjustments that were planned for update 9.1 and to keep the following changes:   Increase the visibility of TDs when shooting. Decrease the battle tiers for light tanks Improving of vehicle characteristics of МТ-25 and VK2801. Reloading speed decrease of 105мм Sherman M4 gun when using the 1st turret (bug fix for a bug inherited from the previous version) Damage caused by UBR-354КА shell (AP shells used for some soviet 76mm guns) changed from 105 to 110 (damage caused by this type of AP ammo is currently by 5 points lower than damage caused by the respective premium shells).   Essentially it was decided that it would be bad idea to pull several levers at once and impose huge system corrections such as the increased visibility of tank destroyers while shooting, at the same time as things like balancing the matchmaking weight for certain vehicles   It doesn't mean that we aren't going to review the balance of the Hellcat and Tiger. Balance changes like that will be considered and implemented in the future as a part of complex tasks like the fixing of balance weighting issues faced by certain middle tier vehicles.   Also in the future we are going to change vehicle characteristics in a more consistent manner, which should make our changes more understandable. We are generally going to pay special attention to making our vehicle balancing process more transparent and with that in mind we plan to provide you with more details of our changes so you can understand the reasoning behind why we have decided to make certain vehicle characteristic changes.   Keep your eyes on the portal and good luck on the battlefield!

Hypnotik: There will not be a wipe of the Global Map when the Event Map gets disabled, it will be filled in naturally.

Captain_Judo:   All tanks are valid for this tournament. It's a difficult decision to make considering we cannot forcefully prevent specific tanks from entering battle at this time. We're hoping to have that alleviated very soon.

Captain_Judo:   All tanks are valid for this tournament. It's a difficult decision to make considering we cannot forcefully prevent specific tanks from entering battle at this time. We're hoping to have that alleviated very soon.

Laera: Hey heavymetal1967!   First of all, I apologize for any confusion and I totally understand your frustration. That's awesome that you and your family can sit down together and enjoy a few games of Tanks. :happy:   I'm happy to hear that this issue was quickly resolved, and that you can all return to playing together. While I know this thread was intended to be a PSA for anyone who has had their account locked due to suspicious activity, we are slowly crossing the line in to disputing bans. HBFT:   I think "wolf packs" are still effective, but they do require some semblance of coordination and daring to really push the tempo of a battle.  I do know what you're talking about though when you find a random player in "Random" battle that just clicks with your playstyle. :)  It's a pretty awesome thing!

HBFT: @DingBat: Thank you for your analysis of Lakeville. :) I tend to agree with what you have said, although I would like to add that having someone keep the middle clear is pretty important as well.  If the center remains uncontested, I find that the city fight can get pretty dicey when making incremental advances.

HBFT:   As far as I am aware, we have not experienced any issues with gold disappearing from accounts without use.  That having been said, I would like to recommend submitting a support ticket to our staff so that they can look into and discuss what may have occurred with regards to your current gold balance. :)

HBFT:   While getting premium time and a premium vehicle to play in will definitely give you a multitude of benefits,  in the end I would go with whatever you enjoy the most.  The first Tier V vehicle I ever had was a T49, and I bought camouflage, emblems, etc. and played that vehicle because I was having fun.  As such, I played more games in that than any of the other tanks that I had at the time (which benefited my crew immensely).   That having been said, it does sound like you are interested in advancing your crew and having a number of premium vehicles + premium time will allow you to take advantage of a number of experience multipliers every day.  Good luck and have fun with whatever you decide to go with! :)
