Pigeon_of_War:   I understand what you are saying, but also understand that it is announced everyday that people get arrested for committing a crime, but people out there still commit crimes. You can see your local police patrolling everyday, but criminal will still try to get away with committing a crime.  (This is an example, please do not turn this into a political Discussion.)

Would it deter some people from botting? Maybe. Anything is possible. People are getting hit for botting as I speak and yet the greatest demand for this is "proof". Well, technically the proof is out there if you are determined enough to look (veteran players might know what I mean). I am bound by Wargaming's Privacy Policy to withhold specific actions we take against player's accounts, and honestly that is for the best. This isn't a public trial to chastise our players, it is simply an anti-cheating rule and if they are suspected of breaking it, the actions we take will be between us and the player. 

As per your other question of "How many people are you banning for botting?", I think I have covered why I cannot answer this question. If the EULA changes and our Privacy Policy opens up that actions against players are now allowed to be public, we can share that information with you. Until then, please take solace in knowing we take our player's privacy very seriously.
