HBFT: Update 10:30AM PDT: We are receiving additional reports that World of Tanks external web portal access should be restored.   We have received reports that external access to the World of Tanks web portal is currently unavailable.  We are investigating the issue and will update this location when we acquire more information.  Thank you for your patience. :)
