Hypnotik:   This is correct.   What you're seeing in the "leaderboard" window isn't how many you've earned, rather it's how many you've contributed towards your clan's shared possessions.

Example: It is a 3x weekend and you just got one of your friends to play WoT with you. You platoon up for the first time and you jump into battle. You and your friend are crushing enemies, and end up in first and second place on your team (according to experience) in a close but decissive 15-13 match. You earn a base experience of 1000 xp (easy math, yo.) With a premium account that is 1500 (1.5x multiplier). It was your first victory on that tank so it is boosted to 4500 xp for the win (1500 x 3.) As it was a win, with your Recruit/Recruiter and as you have got in the top 10 of the team AND as you have just started platooning up you get an additional 4500 experience (1500 x 3) which gives you a grand total of 9000 experience FOR A SINGLE MATCH!!!

KMaus:   I totally agree that Canada seems to not get a lot of attention in events so far. I absolutely have no control over what has happened in the past.
I know you know I've been working to get Canadian events into the calendar. However, events are planned months in advance since we work through Headquarters in RU, so it takes us time to get new initiatives where you will be able to see them. I know it sucks to wait, but I've already been to bat for you Canada! WG knows you want to be represented, and we have numerous things in the works for you - i just can't make them come any faster... but i GOT you Canada!

Until then, though. Anything (contests and events) that are forum-based and don't require any in-game assets? That's something WE can do. Let's brainstorm. Plan some events or contests and hit me up for prizing for them - i'm working to enable a lot more player generated content, and i'm still getting a handle on how we do events and contests - so i could use help with ideas and suggestions. Don't let me come up with contest ideas - i'm new. Tell me what YOU want to see. Put together some content, hit me up and let's figure it out. I need your help a little though - I'm the grunt. i'm still learning about contests and events at WG, and I'm unfortunately not Canadian myself, so I'm not always wise to all the holidays. I'll work on educating me about Canada, holidays, and trying to get you in game  and forum representation. in the meantime, i'd love help getting more Canadian (or any group here that doesn't feel represented) initiatives going.

What I've been telling players is this: if you want a contest or a poll, make it! hit me or Pizza up for prizing or pinning things. you can create the content you want, just as much as we can - and we can help enable, promote, etc. I want to make sure that this forum is full of content YOU want, not content we think you want. So i need your help to do that.

Lert: You may have something there, T-54/55 tracks look closest so far.

dance210:   1. Teams are 7 - 10 players. 2. Yes, leagues are open to players whether they are in a clan or not. 3. For Silver and Bronze league the battles are not played at a live event - meaning you can play at your computer in the comfort of your own home. 4. Leagues are played from Tiers 6 - 8. No other tiers are allowed. Unfortunately, if all you have are Tier 5 or 6 tanks, you won't be eligible to participate in a league.   The leagues aren't for everyone. If you and/or your clan aren't up to league level yet, but still wish to participate in competitive tournaments, I would suggest looking at our Skirmishes or daily Stand-Tos. These are more casual and are run over a wide range of tiers - you should hopefully be able to find something that suits you :)

Lert: A polish friend of mine showed me this picture of a Warsaw Uprising memorial on the Warsaw Technical University campus near by where she lives:     Full size behind this link.   I've been trying to figure out what tank that length of track belongs to. At first I thought of a captured german tank, possibly Pz III or Pz IV, but the guide horns are solid instead of hollow like on the Pz's. Then I looked further: could this be a piece of an IS / IS-2 track? I asked her to measure the width of the track, what was the width of an IS-2's track?

Pigeon_of_War: Perhaps I should take the time to say that Alternate/reroll accounts are prohibited by our World of Tanks Game Rules:    1. General Provisions

1.01. In order to register in World of Tanks, players must be thirteen (13) years of age or older, and are allowed only one account registered per server.   Actively admitting you want to violate the rules might not be a the greatest idea. Besides, it would probably be a lot easier and more fun just to play with someone you know as opposed to trying to handle two accounts.

I'm working to clean up the forums, organize, get rid of old stuff, updated old Laera posts & i just created this section for polls and surveys.

I would love to see player created polls and survey. I intend to keep a close eye on this subsection of the forums, to know what you like, dislike and want changed, so i hope you'll help me in generating those polls, questions, etc.

Muchos piden servidores en latinoamérica por el ping, bueno no son servidores pero podemos empezar con un torneo exclusivo para Latinoamérica. (incluyendo Brasil) y de ahí quien sabe hasta donde podemos llegar.    Pero lo más importante son sus sugerencias y opiniones sobre que les gusta de los skirmishes, que no les gusta, que cambiarían....et.

Pigeon_of_War:   When you are not platooned with your Recruits, you will not earn the Experience Boosts. If your friend does unlock a Tier X vehicle on their own, then you get the Special T95E2 on your account. 

Pigeon_of_War:     It's C, all three players contribute to the same pool towards the one million experience. It benefits you to invite a lot of friends and the more you platoon with, the faster you can earn the experience needed to get the prizes.    Further example: You invite six friends, platoon with two in one match, then platoon with one the next, and keep the experience train rolling.
