the winrate outliers and their average damage per game output? Bad
players die early and do no damage. Good players do more damage.
That influences winrate. As for your suggestion: it's fair
in principle but not necessary, since they introduced courageous
resistance.

Platypusbill, on Dec 19 2014 - 21:42, said: I'd blame it on coincidence, the old 4502B was objectively
inferior to the E75. Weaker hull on all sides, weaker turret front
(overmatch-prone roof), slower in all respects, much worse
depression, the layout is clumsy for general peekabooming. The only
advantage of a rear turret is better angles while sidescraping, but
the E75 has thicker sides and didn't have a major weakspot on the
turret.

trouble, and fast enough to get myself out of trouble (In terms of
overall response, handling etc). The E75 was fast enough to get
myself into trouble, but just not as capable of dealing with it
when it came up as the M103 was. The Ausf B was just too damned
slow to get myself into trouble in the first place before the
situation had developed enough.

satellite photos, and analysis by intelligence agencies.
Well, I wasn't shot down in the OTT 2015 meeting, but I didn't get
an unleashed round of support for it either. One of the most valid
questions was "What the hell can we ask, which is still engaging to
many people, which wasn't asked in the previous event." And, in
fairness, I don't think we can realistically keep it going for four
hours again.

Daigensui, on Dec 19 2014 - 15:57, said: E 75. More versatile. The_Chieftain: Not versatile enough, in my opinion. It tries, but it
doesn't make it in the same manner as M103 which actually is
versatile. I ended up with a significantly higher win
rate on my Ausf B, and this was before Ausf B got thicker armor.

Lert: The obvious thing about the ending and the canon pairing pleased
me. I'd been advocating them since they started getting close, I'm
glad to see the writers went with it. And tastefully done, too.
As for which is better, Aang or Korra? Eh, they're
completely different stories set in the same universe. I really
enjoyed both series. In the end my own preference might be Korra,
but I fully understand why people might prefer Aang. I'm
just glad we got two such great shows. Both will go down as
classics.

Our servers
will be down from approximately 1:15am - 7:15am
PST on 12/22/2014. There will be in game reminders
starting two hours before the servers shut off. Now on to
the cool stuff! Here is a little overview of some of the new
content and features arriving in 9.5! My favorite addition
to the game comes in the form of minimap improvements -
Vehicle Labels - Vehicles names, enemy and allied, now
display on your minimap! Minimap
Why is this important?
You can now tell which tank was spotted. Is the
auto-loading TD on the other side of the map? Now you can push with
confidence. Have all their top tier tanks pushed one way? Turn
around to help your team defend. Use this new wealth of
information to better plan your attack and defense strategies and
have a more complete picture of the flow of every battle.
Last Known Location - The minimap now shows the last
known location of an enemy that has been spotted and disappears!
Minimap
This feature is
another game changer as it will keep you updated with a general
location on where all enemy tanks are situated. I find
this especially useful in the mid/late portions of a battle where
you need to move across large portions of the map to find and
finish off the enemy. Last known
locations are shown as faded circles, along with the tank type. The
E-100 and T110E3 in the picture above were spotted previously but
are now hidden. Camera Direction Beam - This line
extends from your vehicle across the map to better show where you
camera is pointed. Enterprising individuals may be
able to use this line in conjunction with last known positions or
spotted tanks outside of their view range to take blind shots.
"Sector of Fire" Display for Artillery - Artillery now
has the cone which shows the area of traverse.
An important note: These will not be set on with default settings.
Please enter your settings menu and select the "Enable Expanded
Minimap Features" drop-down menu shown below if you wish to
take advantage of these new additions.
New British tanks are arriving! Instead of
listing them here I will point you to this article which lists them
all with pretty pictures. http://worldoftanks.com/en/news/pc-browser/17/update-95/
Below is a look at the new tech tree. For those of
you grinding the Valentine and hoping to go to jump to the
Churchill I, please note that NOW would be the time to do
this since they will no longer be connected once the update goes
live. Tech Tree
New maps and map
variation are also on the way. (Forgive my poor camera skills)
Mittengard - This map is for lower tiers and features
two hills as spawn points with a ruined city in the valley.
Ghost Town - This map is for team battles only
and features a completely symmetrical battlefield to fight it out
on. Winterburg - The winter version
of Ruinberg will replace Ruinberg on Fire in the map rotation.

Lert: That is all good and well, but the model is designed to first reel
people in and when they've got them hook line and sinker, start
encouraging them to spend the money. That's why higher tiers become
unprofitable and higher tier grinds become gruelingly long - tier 3
shouldn't turn people away.

what it is, and whining on the forum on the NA server isn't going
to change that - I personally believe it far more productive to
learn to work within the idiosyncrasies of the game rather than
rile against them. Neither WG and WoT are perfect. Far from.
But they are 'good enough' for me to work within the limitations /

Day 1 Day 2
Day 3 Day 3: The forums read their magical
poems (similar to the one below) aloud: ‘Twas the night
before Pintomas, when all through the house Not a
creature was stirring, not even a Falcon; The stockings were
hung by the Juice with care, In hopes that St. Nick soon
would be there; The children were nestled all snug in
their beds, While visions of badgers danced in their heads;
And mamma in her beanie, and I in my cap, Had just settled
our brains for a long winter’s nap, The moon had just
crested over the new-fallen snow Gave the lustre of mid-day
to objects below, When, what to my wondering eyes should
appear, But a miniature tank, and eight stinky snakes,
With a little old driver, so lively and quick, I knew in a
moment it must be St. Nick. More rapid than manatees his coursers
they came, And he popped, and locked, and called them by
name;
“Now, Ha-Go! now, Chi-Nu!
now, Chi-Ri and Chi-To! On, Comet! on, Chi-Ha! on, Ke-Ni and
Ke-Ho! To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
Now drive away! drive away! drive away all!” The
strength of the exhaust, it rumbled beneath, And the smoke it
encircled his head like a wreath; He had a broad face and a
little round belly, That shook when he laughed, like a
bowlful of breakfast burritos. He spoke not a word, but went
straight to his work, And kicked all the stockings; then
turned with a jerk, And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose; He sprang to
his tank, to the green team gave whistle, And away they all
flew like the down of a thistle, But I heard him exclaim, ere
he drove out of sight, “Happy Ford Fiestamas to all, and to all a
good-night.” *SPARKLE SPARKLE SPARKLE* Much fuel.

Day 1 Day 2
Day 3 Day 3: The forums read their magical
poems (similar to the one below) aloud: ‘Twas the night
before Pintomas, when all through the house Not a
creature was stirring, not even a Falcon; The stockings were
hung by the Juice with care, In hopes that St. Nick soon
would be there; The children were nestled all snug in
their beds, While visions of badgers danced in their heads;
Nick. More rapid than manatees his coursers
they came, And he popped, and locked, and called them by
name;
“Now, Ha-Go! now, Chi-Nu!
now, Chi-Ri and Chi-To! On, Comet! on, Chi-Ha! on, Ke-Ni and
Ke-Ho! To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
Now drive away! drive away! drive away all!” The
strength of the exhaust, it rumbled beneath, And the smoke it
encircled his head like a wreath; He had a broad face and a

to VERIFY by checking game files or whatever that EVERYONE is

THIS A COMPETITIVE GAME AND OFFERING MONEY PRIZES........Sounds
like common sense to me. You wouldnt have a NBA team where
the owners were playing in the games and they had no control over
the rules, it's just plain nuts and makes NO business sense and you
wouldnt have a team for long.....Same thing we are seeing happen

this game. I'm nowhere near good enough to be relevant there.
Personally I would think that the game balance and RNG are what
stands in the way of WoT being a competitor in pro-gaming more than
WG-NA having a clan offer a small virtual-currency reward for
kicking them off of a virtual piece of pixel land ... I still see
absolutely nothing wrong with that. In-game gold =/= real money. I
realize you mean the campaign rather than pro-gaming, but - tbh -
what's the problem with what they did during the campaign?
As for cheating - I don't know whether or not they have ways of
detecting illegal mods. I've not seen any actual evidence either
way and I'm going to take claims for as well as against this with a
grain of salt. I do know that they randomly pick replays to check
and if they see anything they can't explain within the rules of the
game, that clan is getting punished. This has happened to several
clans. Finally, as far as cheating goes - by making
everything that matters (camouflage / spotting, pen RNG, reload,
dam RNG, armor functionality, mobility, aiming, in-game currencies,
etc) server-side, WG has made WoT as much 'hack proof' as is
possible in this day and age. Yeah illegal mods exist. Always will.
But the benefit they offer is meager at best. Anything offering
free gold, free premium time, etc etc, is 99.9% likely just a key
logger / trojan.

Lert: 1) Warpack exists. So do cheats / illegal mods for other every game
that exists, has ever existed, will ever exist. Warpack's
usefulness is very limited compared to things like wallhacks,
infinite ammo cheats etc in other games. 2) see 1. 3) Yeah WG devs
play the game. How can you dev a game if you don't play it? I fail
to see the problem with this. Do you have any evidence that they
get an unfair advantage? If you had paid any attention you would
know that any official WG clan does not play CW for the rewards in
campaigns, but as an extra incentive for player clans to earn
additional rewards for unseating them from the land they have.
Which is all explained in the rules of the campaign, since before
it started. Again, I see no evidence of things being so
wrong with WoT compared to other games. PS: the reason you
suck at this game isn't because everyone who's better than you is
cheating, using warpack, etc. It's just because you suck at this
game, regardless of what stupid reason you might give for that.
Finally, if the game suck so much and is so unfair, why are
you here?

Lert: WHAT EVIDENCE?! All you've posted is baseless tin
foil hat rantings, spawned from a mind that can't even comprehend
how to play this game. As for this game being perfect? 1)
That's not relevant to the thread and 2) Not what I ever implied
(just more of you inventing bullcrap for your own purposes) - but,
allow me to entertain you ... Things I don't like about this
game: - Clunky spotting mechanics requiring serious study to
understand - Too much RNG - General imbalance between certain
vehicles compared to their MM spread - Terribly optimized game
engine running like molasses on powerful computers - Ever
increasing footprint - Troll bounces like Jageru shells bouncing
off the rear of a BatChat 25t - Complete absence of any viable
tutorial explaining deeper mechanics - Lack of functionality to go
from inside the game client to the forum Things I don't like
about WG: - Too blatantly moneygrubbing - Pathetic 'specials' -
Unequal treatment of different servers - Weak costumer support -
Weak forum moderation showing blatant favoritism and allowing
worthless trolls to just keep on posting bullcrap - Slow to respond
to blatant imbalances that sometimes are left for years before
they're addressed No, this game is far from perfect. No game
is. Please point out where I ever claimed or even implied that it
was? As for your final point - yes, people are leaving, but
that's par for the course for any online game that has been active
for years and years. Old people leave. New people join. That's
normal. Current population of WoT seems stagnant, after almost 4
years since the servers went live. That's actually pretty damn good
- most online games (especially niche ones like a silly internet
pixel tank game like WoT) would do very well to get the numbers of
growth and retention that WoT has shown over the past few years.
As for the game being fair or not - yeah it is. It screws
everyone over equally. Ofcourse, if you had any mental capacity to
understand how the actual game worked, you would see that - but
instead all that you see is "conspiracy this, cheat that, warpack
such, WG suckup so". Anything else?
