Draschel:  You cannot. Impossible. The only way to achieve great WN8 is not to include artillery. Or hide artillery in very isolated single games, among sessions with actual tanks. But your WN8 in the artillery itself will still be unpleasant This is the big problem with artillery. Put someone who sucks in tanks, in an artillery and they can actually modestly perform above their level.  Put a great player that averages 4K  damage in 9s and 10s and they will struggle to do even 2.5K in conqueror GC, the best damage dealing arta. The people that 3 mark tier 9 and 10 arty? They do so requiring thousand of battles, and their damage numbers are low, even lower than light tanks.  There are a whole list of reasons for this, but short explanation is broken. Low skill floor. But also, capped with low skill ceiling.  Think of it like a 2-stroke ATV. Excellent power to weight, great acceleration and grip. The thing shoots out to 50 km/hr like a gunshot. But then your speedometer red-lines. Try your hardest, to even get over 100. And your transmission is as loud as a jet. Artillery is easy to use. Requires little training. But if you are a great player, the vast collection of skills you possess don't transfer to playing artillery all that well, at all. It is just hard to do very well in artillery, but is quite easy to be above average. Low skill floor. Low skill ceiling, and you bump your head if you try to raise it Reasons?  Bad DPM. Bad alpha (pens, even hits are uncommon)  bad accuracy, bad gun handling, extreme reliability issues. Extreme randomness.  extreme map dependence. Extreme team dependence. Need long games for an impact, whereas tanks can be impactful in short games. Very hard to control assistance damage, whereas in tanks assistance is much easier.

Where a defender just sits in cap, and survives it all. Hence, if they are a stooge with 43% WR and a complete incompetent, they can at least still serve as a meaningful road block and survive longer. The longer you survive, the more you accomplish. Even if it is accomplishing little at a time. A stooge who survives the game to deal one more shot of 440, and spot 150 more, has done himself a massively good thing, even if that means quite little for a score to me. - a crappy player, on the flip side in a skoda 56 is more dangerous. MUCH MORE dangerous. same as a potato in a skorp G or su130PM. They can sit 500m away camped in heavy bush and be a danger. Even if they are a tomato. As to what you said. Even a stooge in skoda 56, can deal 1K DPG.  Which they won't in 252U. But they will block 1K,  lol.  Where they may not do that, in a defender all game even if they still survived.  But the skoda 56, even if the player dies, still did say 1,300 damage, far outweighing what potatoes put out in a defender. But he can't discern the two. And just amalgamates the incoherent thought into something no one understands or believes.

Draschel: auto aim is extremely risky tiers 8 and up Many chinese and soviet tanks, have those black hole lengthwise side skirts, higher tier. And auto aim levels tank cannons, into shooting right into these areas for infuriating, automatic soaked up damage. Auto aim is just extremely risky. E100, Maus, Type 5, T95 do it alot too. If you are going to circle and auto aim flank a tank, make sure it is not these listed targets.  Or you will DONK your shots.  But this didn't apply to Mr Guy over here, who just splashes you pre 1.13 wherever, for 500-800 damage without blinking an eye. And now that it is 200-400 or even 0, with a track strike, good riddance. Good bye to that crap. 

Draschel:  By the way, armor functions as it should. You haven't played enough high tiers if you say otherwise. The amount of times i casually see 340 HEAT fail, is ridiculous and high while doing so, remove exterior camo paint, remove premium consumables like large first aid and large repairs, auto fire ext., 105 octane gas and rations.  Definitely remove directives while doing so, also categorically nerf Maus armor. E100 armor. Type 5 armor. Type 4. T95. Badger. Tortoise. 263. 268 V 4. 110E3. 705A.  279E.  Chieftain.  is7.  430U.  Phase 1, Concept 1, Kamp panzer....and many, many, many more earlier tiers too.  - what about streamlining that 25% RNG, so my 219 pen doesn't roll out 166 pen, and I bounce off a dumb T29 or T44 hull. - what about +1/-1 MM finally? We know it can be done easily. Why should tier VII light and med tanks averaging 145 pen still have to deal with Concept 1, 263, Phase 1 as tanks?- what about providing some fairness for other factions? T3485M got the 85mm  BM up from its initial 85mm  D5, significant accuracy, velocity, penetration buff. Object 268 and isu 130, again significant buffs to gun handling. Why were E100 and VK7201 not given 150mm velocity increases to make them more accurate, as object 268 got? They gave velocity to 121 too. Why can't other TD have soft dispersion stats like 268 V 4, and that thing is the NERFED rendition, it used to be even better. if the game was fairer, alot less premium ammo would be needed The game is rife with real problems. Not fake problems people make up, which are no where near the problems people think they are. And EVEN if it were a problem, just buy and use them yourself. They are not exclusive things. Bonds gear, are heck lot more exclusive than this stuff.

Jaguarz:  BC 25t has interclip of 2.73s, same alpha with significantly worse aim time, dispersion and less penetration. I actually think the Char is pretty balanced as it stands

1LT_Dwayne: You want a fact? This game was design to be very hard with its mechanics and everyone who like to play arty are losers because even if it's easy to do damage in an arty they are the worst in term of wr. Go play Crossout and stop annoying big boys!

 Perform a "check and repair" of the game client Created a WGcheck report + attach it to a Support ticket  The WGcheck report is handy for the Support to see what is happening both on your PC and with your network connection to isolate where the trouble is.

Einzelganger7:  Yes, the recruit gets a tier 6 or 7 tank of their choise and the commander gets a tier 8, the article has a video with good detali about how it works so it would be just a matter to be invited as a recruit and start to grind the missions, back when I did it my commander never played with me but still it took me like 2 weeks so is not that hard to do it.
