You can't tell me with a straight face that the
Armata crew sticking their heads out of hatches have anywhere near
the same level of situational awareness as a Merkava's.
Indeed, I'm not sure they -can- stick their heads out of the
hatches in combat. It seems to me that there is an excellent chance
of their heads getting knocked off by the gun or turret. Even the
hatch seems to be in the gun's way. The MGS gets enough flak for
the crew's lack of visibility, and at least they are in the turret
and don't need to worry about their physical safety.
Armata's crew have far less situational awareness. There's no two
ways about it. The question is not that, but whether or not the
benefits that they get in trade are worth it. I have no particular
opinion on that one. Obviously the designers thought that they
were.

The_Chieftain: In fairness, I'm not sure it shouldn't be possible to shoot at a
radar while simultaneously jamming it. After all, jamming doesn't
do anything to the emitting radar. As long as the ARM can continue
to identify the emitter, which should be the only thing in front of
the seeker, it should be able to engage. The WW's jammer is behind
the seeker, after all.
I'm not sure DEAD is still a term in use.

the NA server. The New Global Map's only been active for 2
days, so new sections of the map for daily battles likely won't be
opened for a while. The rest of the world map is available
for use in Seasonal Events and campaigns. I'm not aware of
any plans for cross-server Global Map activity as server roaming is
not available.

possible for Clans to be outbid before the final result

than those first three seasons. This includes guaranteed cash
prizing for all teams that make it into the Gold League.
We're certainly not immune to analyzing our work and
taking best practices. Just as we learned from those first
seasons on maximizing our resources to improve the
entertainment value of the league and get to where we are
today, we'll take what we learned this season into the next.
But most importantly, some of the best tankers on
this server will fight tonight in what's expected to be the
most exciting battles all season. Good luck guys!
