Yoott: Announcing the New WGLNA Silver Series Our new global partners ESL will be working together with us this year and helping to oversee our WGL series of leagues. 
With that comes some changes. There will no longer be a separate Bronze and Silver League but instead
ESL has designed and set loose a new tournament setup for the Silver level of competition to all players to participate in. This setup allows for any teams to join in with a more open style whether you were previously in a league or not and participate over the course of a few weeks time.
Teams will play in group stage play (round robin groups) over the course of 3 weeks each month
Top teams at the end of each month cycle will be added to a playoff for that month.At the end of 2 months the top teams from both months will play in a finals playoff series and the winner will claim a spot in the next season of the Gold League for WGLNA.This spot in the gold league will be the only prizing at this time for the series.  Below are the Tournament Page, the Rules page and the Registration and Support page links All teams and players that are not in the Gold League for WGLNA may sign up for this series. Even if you were in the Silver or Bronze previously you MUST register again now. You will need to register on the http://play.eslgaming.com/ site to participate and your team captain must register your team and have you join Tournament Page and Registration
 Rules Page Support Page Ruukil which some of you may know will be your head league operations admin from ESL side.Him and his team will be  overseeing the progression of this series during this next year.He will be available for contact or you can use the support page link above with questions 
I know these are big changes may come as a surprise and as Garth put it way back when "we fear change" but lets keep the comments here at least somewhat constructive and keep it classy.  

Saffr0n:   This issue was exhibited last patch when player's couldn't go back to the garage after being destroyed. The workaround is to bring up the control schematics by pressing [F1] once, and then again to remove it. After doing this you should be able to use chat, but this is definitely an annoyance.    I've gone ahead and reported this issue. 

dance210: All active tournaments can be found by searching the Tournaments Home Page. Interested in what we having coming up? Check out the eSports calendar!     A player has two ways to register for the Platournaments! When you create the team, make sure that you are using the correct registration! Register as a Team! Registration works the same as normal. Team captain makes a team and recruits players to join. A complete team has 3 - 4 players. Captains do not need to submit their team; all teams with the minimum number of players will be accepted. The team is now ready to fight once the tournament starts! Register as a Solo player or as part of a Party! A party is a group of players that does not meet the minimum team size requirements. Create a team. Teams do not need to be confirmed; all players will be accepted for the Solo/Party Registration. Once registration has closed, the player will be combined with other solo player(s) and/or a party to form a complete team After registration has closed, players are encouraged to check back to find their new team!   So how do you register as a solo player? It's easy! When you create a team, there will be Registration Option with a drop down menu. Simply switch from Register Team to Register Solo and you are ready to go!

Nós nos comprometemos a fornecer para todos a melhor experiência de jogo possível e uma parte chave disso é sobre como lidamos com as nossas regras e o que acontece quando são violadas. Nosso objetivo com isso é atualizar os jogadores de que há uma recompensa para aqueles que contribuírem positivamente para nossos jogos e tenha certeza de que há politicas que ajudam os nossos jogos a serem mais seguros possível para todos.  Ganhe Recompensas por Bom Comportamento

A coisa mais importante da nossa nova politica são as recompensas! Jogadores que aderirem ao desafio e consistentemente exibir um ótimo comportamento será recompensado a cada três meses. 

Todo mundo que não tenha uma violação no jogo, chat ou fórum por um período de três meses: Vai receber um token de apreciação da Wargaming - e eles podem ser coisas como consumíveis Premium ou outros items ingame; Participará de um sorteio de noventa (90) dias de Premium. Cinquenta (50) jogadores aleatórios serão selecionados para receber esse tempo de Premium. Todos os jogadores que não tiverem restrições de jogo, chat ou fórum por um ano inteiro participará de um sorteio para a seleção de items ingame no valor de $250. Um (1) jogador será selecionado para receber esse pacote de prêmios que também terá incluso tempo de Premium, veículos raros e Ouro. 

Quando começa? 

Nossa nova política entrará em vigor no dia 8 de Agosto de 2016. Nós estamos informando isso aqui hoje para que todos possam estar cientes dessas mudanças em tempo. 
Enquanto estamos preparando as atualizações de nossa politica, nós estaremos limpando o registro de infrações para todos os clientes Wargaming com contas ativas*  Qualquer sanção passada ingame, violações de chat ou avisos de fórum não serão mais válidos contra você (Jogadores que estão com punições permanentes não poderão pedir a retirada da punição e/ou ter o registro limpo) Como os Avisos Funcionam Agora?  Anteriormente, as violações poderiam "cair" e não funcionar mais contra você após um certo período de tempo. Isso deixava aberto a possibilidade da pessoa "fazer seu jogo" melhorando seu comportamento só até o tempo da violação acabar. Agora, sob a nova política:Jogadores receberão apenas um aviso, e cada ofensa após ele será contado como uma suspensão na conta.  Cada suspensão virá com uma restrição. Restrições aumentam conforme o número de suspensões que sua conta recebe.  Importante: Suspensões não "somem" com o tempo! Chegando a 5 suspensões, sua conta poderá ser punida permanentemente.  5 Suspensões em violações no chat resultam em ban permanente do chat.  5 Suspensões em violações ingame podem resultar em ban permanente de jogo. 5 Suspensões em violações de fórum podem resultar em ban permanente no fórum.  Se vocês acredita que tais suspensões foram colocadas em sua conta de maneira equivocada, por favor envie um Penalty Appeal ticket para nosso Suporte e iremos rever o problema.  Tome nota! Para violações severas, a conta pode ser restrita com menos suspensões do que as informadas acima, ok? Isso já é algo que os funcionários da Wargaming podem seguir com discrição. Se você selecionar seus prêmios no fim de semana, eles serão creditados na sua conta na segunda-feira. GhostPrime:   When this program gets rolled out, myself and with the help of Nyx will be looking at the reports and strikes to see if anything is unfair, or heavy handed. If we find any that are we will look into reversing the strike. If anyone gets a strike they feel is unfair, please let me know and we will look into it. dance210:   I agree, it should be. We are in the process of updating the different sources with the missing information.   What the tankrewards.com website does have is the date that the prize will be delivered. So anyone who has selected their prize show a due date of 8.2.16.

dance210: Hi guys!!   Just in case you missed it, the prizes for tankrewards.com will not automatically be credited to your account as soon as you select them.   As long as you submitted your choices before 3 pm PT, you should receive them after 4 pm PT that same day. So anyone who has done it already should receive their prizes later this afternoon.   Any submissions after 3 pm PT will be credited to your account after 4 pm PT the next day. The exception being the weekend - anyone who selects a prize over the weekend won't receive it until Monday.

dance210:   Hiya!   I started a FAQ here for the August Summer Play, to increase visibility. The answer to your question is no, the chances to find all the prizes in the grab bag are not equal; you are less likely to win the higher valued rewards.

Any tickets that you earned in July must be used for the July prizes, which you can now select at tankrewards.com. Saffr0n:   It's a last used setting for the chat feature. I can see how it can be an annoyance, though, the chat line indicates the type of message (e.g. To All, To Team, Platoon).

dance210:   Hi GAJohnnie!   Unfortunately no. If you have 20 tickets, you will be able to pick one reward from each level. More tickets allow you to unlock the next tier; they don't allow you to choose more than one reward from a lower tier.

GhostPrime:   "RO" Stands for "Read Only". As in if a player receives an "RO" it means they cannot post for a period of time.

There are no mundane reasons why someone would be banned across all products for their actions on only one. It was not meant to be a justification of this new policy in any way. It was only meant to illustrate the extreme situation of getting banned across all games.

NyxWGA:   Most likely   But my goal is to clarify things for folks. We're not out to just permaban everyone who breathes incorrectly. If you have never received a ban before, there is absolutely no reason to think you will receive one now, much less a perma ban. The rules themselves have not changed, the only thing that has changed is that you can't break them over and over from now until the end of time without receiving serious consequences.
