They are separate servers and your account will be at one or the other.

Tanitha: Hi, that sort of bug is usually from data corruption when downloading large files. if all the checksum's don't match in a file, it will tell you its corrupt and not extract it.
Downloading a large 2.8 gig file without a data protecting download manager is usually not a ideal situation.
Most players i know use a download manager Jdownloader which can be downloaded from http://jdownloader.org/
It not only has data verification and but can also download the file 20 chunks at a time to maximize your download speed.
Either way, you will need to download the file completely with no errors for it to work.

Tanitha: When the notes mention tanks for super-testers, It is referring to premium type tanks that are not yet fully ready for commercial release.
These tanks can be assigned to super testers for testing within the release version, IE to see how they matchmake on a fully populated server, which is not possible on a low population testing server.
These tank however will not be tested on the NA retail server, to ensure they will not interfere with any balance on the retail server.
