Skirmish Rules
RegistrationRegistration begins: March 27, 2013
Registration ends: March 29, 2013 at 9:00AM PDT (12:00PM EDT) Victory ConditionsThe winner of each round will be determined as the first to 3 victories on a given map.
Each battle will last 10 minutes.
The Standard battle mode will be used for this tournament. Tier & Point Limits
With a maximum of 7 players per battle, a team (maximum 10 players per team) must field a selection of tanks based on the below, maximum tier limits.Heavy: n/a
Medium: n/a
TD: n/a
Light: n/a
SPG: 5

Sorry to hear you are having problems. One thing you could do is prepare your dxdiag and send it into support and it should make the process faster.

Yoott: I say lots of things that should be fixed in the game... I have written entire novels on changes I think need to be done.. I have posted them ..... I have Pmed them directly to Mugsy as well as others......but its done constructively and not spamming negativity
Ie..
Mentoring program -- need one bad
Lack of mid game content to alleviate some of the grind --- alot of players get 6,7,8 and just quit because the grind really hurts at that level
Rewards system to help clans recruit and retain new members when they dont have land or pay gold
Some sort of fix to make TC's viable to play regularly... i.e removing penalty for loss... some sort of bonus rewards above normal ones for wins
Clan UI Tools... MOTD... ingame calendar... absolutely needed
Ingame Pingable maps for training rooms
Training rooms - free ammo
I have plenty more... but I dont forsee a removal from COAF for saying these things... why because I didnt say OMGERH WG YOUR TERRIBAD AND ARE STICKING IT TO US>>.......

Alot of people write GREAT posts during the day... well written... well typed.... clear... and easily to build into a conversation or feedback...even this OP post could of been written differently and probably had a much different conversation take place........

I think your misunderstanding the way it works.... also understand the incident you linked involved private harrasing PMs and bashing in game chat that earned those people bans from COAF so..... again way beyond normal requirements for being banned in general let alone COAF....
you can spin it any way you want.... if you misbehave ie go beyond what is normally accepted..... you will be removed.... it does not say you cant disagree with anything.... but do it constructively... spamming WG SUCKS... is not constructive so why should that person be allowed to stay in a group made to have input on constructive changes
also get on your real account and not and account with 300 games and is 20 days old .....

Yoott: I think you misunderstand.... if you misbehave and are negatively attacking other people... vs having a conversation where you disagree but at least are civil and constructive from a different view about it ... there is a huge difference...... All feedback is accepted and wanted when its done constructively... even when its against the grain......
see example below... now its a non COAF member but stil not a very constructive way of making a point... if a COAF member is making those types of statements then they are not constructive and being part of a group that works on constructive changes... is really not the spot for them

COAF members can say do whatever they want as long as they are within the rules same as anyone else.... when they go outside the rules they not only get the punishment of bans and ROs same as anyone else would they can be removed from COAF as well...

Mugsy_: One of my larger roles is to advocate on behalf of our community, to voice their needs and concerns upwards within our company. I want to see folks playing on the server that best works for them.
I was very glad to hear the tool that will permit individuals to switch between accounts was in development and slated for implementation. I felt like it was a victory for everyone in this thread. Now it is just a matter of waiting for the release.

Mugsy_: Unfortunately, developing some types of features can be more time consuming than others and it has to be worked on in conjunction with dev timelines on other projects. So yes, sometimes it can take months to see implementation of a feature in development. This is fairly standard for our industry.

dance210: Tech tree focus only goes up to Tier 7 tanks. Tier 8 and above tanks are rarely discounted.
There are no extra specials because this is for the Tech Tree Focus, which only discounts the credits for the given tanks. The weekend events give the credit boosts, x5 XP for first victory, equipment discounts, etc.

dance210: You're looking in the right place. The calendar tells you the nation that will be discounted each week. If you are thinking of purchasing a Soviet medium, and the upcoming week is for Soviet tanks, then waiting to purchase it after you find out what tanks will be part of the focus is a good idea. Otherwise, you take the risk that the tank you want could be on sale right after you purchased it.
You could also try searching past tech trees to see what tank lines had been on sale, guessing that they would put something different for the upcoming focus. This, however, could be a faulty assumption.
