Hypnotik: Tier 10, it is just as Clan Wars was pre-campaign.
I was also just informed that SPG's tank locking times should now mirror those of heavy tanks due to the introduction of Tier 10 SPG's. The table will be updated to show these values shortly.

Hypnotik: It's probably an issue with your browser's cache then. A few things might work for you...

Captain_Judo: We're approximately two match days away from concluding the regular season. The regular season is officially over after all teams have played each other.
You can expect a full week off before the playoffs.

Yoott: Q. How do I Create a Team (and Make Myself the Captain)?
Follow the steps above to register and join a team. When you create your own team, the creator is automatically made the captain.
Select "Create Team"
You will then be taken to the create team screen, where as the captain you will need to fill in some information
Fill out the form as shown with a team name, a contact for WG to contact you as well as other players, a small description of your team and its goals. You may also set a password if you want to restrict who is able to join your team. (P.S. make it something people won't ever guess, like mine)
Once you have filled out all needed information and created the team you will see this screen, which is the captain's team management screen Players are now eligible to join your team. If you have set a password, you will need to give that to any member you wish to join. If you did not then, your team is open for anyone to join with no required prior contact with you. This will continue until you reach the number of players you wish to have or are allowed based on the rules of each tournament.
Notice that the picture above shows the team in a forming status... as the captain, you MUST submit the team by clicking the "Apply for Tournament" link on the right side of the team management screen. If you do not do this your team will automatically be rejected. Also note that once a team is submitted there are no changes allowed to the team.

Hypnotik: All M60's have been distributed, and Clan Treasuries have been credited their gold based on the amount of Victory Points earned. Medals should be distributed by the end of the day on July 30 (Tuesday).
Number of Clans Receiving M60: 38
Number of Players Receiving M60: 3043 (80.08 per clan)
If you believe that you met the requirements to earn an M60, and for some reason have not received it, please send a support ticket with the following:
-Your Clan
-What stage your clan earned it during, or if it was for the whole campaign.
-How many battles you think you participated in during that time (If you have replays to submit, this would help as well).

Once you have read through all of the rules for registration including times/dates for registration and maximum team size, you now have the option to either create your own team or try to search and join an existing team.
When trying to search and join a team, note that teams may be in different stages of registration, which can be sorted using the filter by status tool.
Listed here are some of the statuses a team may be in:Forming status means just that, the roster is not complete and not submitted for approval to the tournament
Formed status means that the team captain has closed down enrollment and the team is just awaiting him/her to submit the team for approval.
Pending Approval status means that the team Captain has officially submitted the team for approval.
UNTIL ANY TEAM IS IN THIS STATUS THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ACCEPTANCE TO THE TOURNAMENT SO TEAM CAPTAINS DON'T FORGET TO SUBMIT YOUR TEAM FOR APPROVAL. NO EXCEPTIONS......
Accepted status means that a team was submitted and reviewed and accepted into the tournament and will be seeded and participate in the tournament per that events schedules.
Declined or Participation Denied status is used when a team either did not make registration cutoff, a tournament has reached its max number of entries, or a team does not have the correct number of members to meet the registration minimums. These teams will not compete in this event. Unfortunately no changes to this are allowed once registration has been closed so it is very important for team captains to get their team setup correctly and submitted early enough to assure participation. (i.e don't wait until 11:59 to submit team when it closes at 12 noon or your team may already be out based on other teams registering first).
Join an existing team the team captain may have set a password required to join. If interested you can contact the team captain and ask them if they have a space for you. If they are interested they will give you the password and you enter that on the popup screen after clicking Join team button

Once logged in at the top you should see this bar
Click "Tournaments" and you should see this bar
Click "Tournaments" on the new tab-bar and you will see an active list of tournaments
Any active tournament with registration open will have a green tag on the logo that says "Register Now" and an orange "Participate" button

You can click on a tournament title itself and go to that tournaments information and rules page to learn specifics about each tournament
Or you can click the participate button to head right to the specific registration for a specific tournament

As Buuby mentioned, I have been deployed over in World of Warplanes since about February. But I have been speaking with Laera, Hypnotic and Q about building out a mentoring program. We even had a chance to speak with ysoignorant about the program he has been running and seeking ways to build out from there. So it is still in motion. Don't lose faith just yet.
