360 Beta. In general, things often get wiped or reset during betas
multiple times so the lovely developers can do more testing!

dance210: Making the season's prizing current simply means that all gold that
is owed will be distributed (e.g. WG will not owe your team for any
wins that have already occurred). Since the regular season hasn't
ended yet, y'all will continue to receive gold :)

with the gold if it comes from WG. Check your email (might need to
check your spam folder).

projection (like the CW map is) makes the size of the map gigantic
(projection styles is different and often heated argument). As an
example, I've been updating the timeline lately (finally) and the
base map for the NA regions is 2.3x the filesize of the EU/Africa
one was - meaning longer load times and therefore more congestion.
This suggestion is something that has been heard many times, but
for now this is the best option.

the content (can't blame Linus Torvalds for allowing fruit
companies to use his kernel). Also, everyone knows you were bad

have. You'll start to see some results of the NA office's input in

This is something that I'm personally going to be looking into. Don't expect overnight change, but it is something that I'll work towards.

the last one.
~ WGNA presents rules in a convoluted matter and leave it to the player's own interpretation. When the community has to help each other interpret and understand the rules you definitely know that something is wrong. Its been stated numerous times that we as players want clarity and transparency when it comes to rules you expect us to play by. If players can provide a clearer interpretation of the rules than WGNA, then consider letting players volunteer their time to making sure such matters are taken care of before they are officially posted. Rules need to be continuous from one season to the next.
~ Update the standing the day following the rounds. Sorry, but updates once a week just do not cut it if you expect NA esports to be taken seriously. Since the updates pile up, you have errors that in this case screwed over 1 team and threw the other one into the playoffs with possibly less awareness and preparation. Once again, if WGNA can't provide this in a timely fashion then let players volunteer their time to taking care of this. We already spend time looking over the standings prior to the updates to get a sense of where we are and what we must do.
~ More of a technicality, but when scheduling matches on the same map twice make sure each team starts on different sides. To be clear, say round 1 was on Steppes and you started on the south spawn. Then in round 7 you play on Steppes again, but this time you start on the north spawn. We all know that spawns are not even on maps, and having to start multiple times from a worse spawn can and should be avoided. This would make scheduling more difficult, but would be a step in the right direction to giving teams equal chances.
If WGNA doesn't have the time or the resources to give esports the attention it needs to properly develop and flourish without constant issues, then strongly consider letting players volunteer their time. I'm sure many of us would gladly help out, just for the sake of helping a smoothly run League with minimal issues. At the end of the day all of us want the same thing, a fair, smoothly operating League(s).

are no draws. But it's not feasible in our case because of draws.
If we stuck to "best of 5" then a team can only be declared winner
after securing three victories. Again, since we allow draws, "best
of 5" would only leave many games inconclusive after 5 battles.

In the other games, the winners are clear with one exception. WAR & Peace are determined as winners of their match as they were the first team to claim two victories.

Captain_Judo: Thanks for posting your thoughts.
This season may bring up similar concerns. Similarly, there were also issues experienced last season that we successfully avoided. With that said, we want to improve league play each season and, as I'm sure you're familiar with Monster, we're certainly not immune to criticism :)
Your thoughts aren't lost, Monster. Unfortunately, we have no control over spawn points. The only solution for that is, like WGLNA, removing dependence on special battles.
As far as updating standings, we would be delighted to have volunteers assist. This occurred several times last season in forum posts and it was an absolute pleasure to see. Keep in mind that standings are only officially updated after draw appeals and disputes are reviewed.

I'm sure many of us would gladly help out, just for the sake of helping a smoothly run League with minimal issues. At the end of the day all of us want the same thing, a fair, smoothly operating League(s).
Captain_Judo:
Thanks for posting your thoughts.

Captain_Judo: There is no head-to-head stipulation in our league rules. Only the
following:Ties are ruled in favor of the team with the fewest
battle losses followed by most battle wins, in that order of
priority. If despite these rules it's still necessary to break a
tie at the end of the season then we'll use a playoff between the
involved teams.

Laera: Welcome new players!
We're excited to have you here on our wonderful forum! Since Tanitha has moved to our SEA servers, it's time for a new welcome thread! You can still visit our old thread here, if you're feeling nostalgic.
We want to make the Newcomer's Forum a fun and welcoming place for new and seasoned tankers alike. In order to best provide an environment in which we can offer help and support to players who need it, please keep in mind the following guidelines when posting here:
Be polite - Speak to fellow players like you would want to be spoken to yourself. Real people use this forum, so treat them as you would someone you’d meet in real life. Avoid personal attacks and offensive slurs, as this can easily offend other users. Be excellent to each other.
Be welcoming - New users join the forums and World of Tanks every day! Remember when you were a newbie? Everyone is welcome here regardless of how much experience they have. Whether you have 20 games or 20,000, if you have a question, we're here for you!
Be patient - You may ask a question when no one is around to answer it, or may not know the exact answer. If no one appears to be around, stick around for a while or try coming back later and asking again.
Be constructive - Are you struggling with a particular aspect of the game? Rather than rant about it, try leaving suggestions as to what you think can be improved on. Don't be afraid to ask for help from other players.
Feel free to share your experiences - Have an awesome match? Feel free to brag and post about it here! Looking for feedback on how to improve your playing or what line to start? Ask us here!
Keep it fun! - This forum should be fun for all participants. The Newcomer's Forum is a great place for meeting awesome people and building community, so relax and help others have a good time, too!
Again, welcome to the forums and enjoy the game!

Jewel_Thief: All right folks...
Here's the skinny:
We do NOT consider in game complaints for the following:
Unfair play (this should be reported directly to Support, with video evidence)
Team damage (this is handled by our automated system -- we will not investigate tickets about these offense either, since the automated system is working)
Revealing allied positions (this requires a ticket to Support and a screenshot/replay)
Pushing out an ally (this requires a ticket to Support with a replay video)
These are the complaints we DO look at on the back end from the in-game system:
Insult or provocation
AFK/Bot
Spam
You have a limited number of in game complaints for each day... Past that, the feature will grey out until the next server reset... If you need to complain about someone's behavior, simply send in a ticket to Support.
You can send in a ticket to Support here.
Best,
~JT
