Captain_Judo: Tier & Point Limits Teams may deploy no more than 5 members in each match. A team must field a selection of tanks based on the below tier limits.   Heavy: n/a Medium: 3 TD: 3 Light: 3 SPG: 3 11 points maximum   The encounter battle mode will be used for this tournament.   Victory Conditions Group Stage Battles begin every 15 minutes. 3 points are granted for a win, 1 point for a tie, 0 points for a loss. Each battle will last 10 minutes max. The top 6 teams in each group advance to the playoff round. Teams tied for 6th requiring a tie-breaker will be announced on the day following the group stage. Teams are seeded into the playoffs according to points earned against points possible in group stage.   Tie-Breakers & Playoffs The winner of each round will be determined as the first to 3 victories. Each battle will last 10 minutes max.   Schedule The complete schedule will be provided at the close of registration, after the final team count has been determined. Rounds are to be scheduled every other day with dates in between reserved for make-ups and tie-breakers. Rounds will begin at 6PM PT (9PM ET). Curious what time this is in your region? Use this handy Time Zone Converter to help you out!   Group Stage: January 13th Group Stage, Tie-Breakers: January 14th Playoff Round 1: January 15th Playoff Round 2: January 17th Playoff Round 3: January 19th Playoff Round 4: January 21st Remainder of schedule to be finalized at registration close.   Prizes The following prizes will be provided to each member of the respective team, including reserves.   1st place: 8000 2nd place: 6000 3rd place: 5500 4th place: 4000 5th-8th Place:  2000 9th-16th Place:  500   If the first place team is able to win the challenge without losing a single battle, each member will receive an additional 2,000 gold.   Maps There will only be one map used during the Radley Walter Challenge. The map played on for the Challenge will be Ensk (encounter).   Registration Teams must be submitted for approval to participate in the Radley Walter Challenge. You can find instructions on applying here. Registration begins on January 6th, 2014. The last day to submit your team for approval is January 12th, 2014. A team must have at least 5 members to be eligible for participation in the tournament, with a maximum allowed 8 members. Teams may only include existing clan names/tags in their team name if they are directly affiliated with that clan. Teams below the minimum or above the maximum will not be accepted into the tournament. ELO scoring will not be used. Please keep all team names alpha-numeric. Characters such as  "?, %, @, ^, etc" may cause issues with your team, and prevent you from being able to participate in the tournament. pizzastorm: This is true. I have seen games end in draws when low health enemies were afraid that the last tank would pop out and one shot them all. Meanwhile the tier 8 is sitting at base and has not moved at all =(

pizzastorm: As stated before, some tanks do pretty well while shooting on the move. There is also equipment that you can mount as well as crew skills you can learn (smooth ride, snap shot) that will help with your accuracy on the move. I wouldn't recommend relying on it but there are definitely instances where it is needed and can be effective.

Yoott: Hey Guys    My apologies for the server issues causing battles to pop wrong and the settings to be askew.    NONE OF THE BATTLES FROM LAST NIGHT WILL COUNT - I am sorry for this but it is the fairest way as not everyone that played was on even footing last night     We will be resetting the brackets for tonight, You will play the same opponents tonight at the same time as last night and we will start the tournament over. We will be handing out more pries at the end as the tournament will not complete by Sunday with just 1 winner.    Again I apologize for the issues, they have been fixed "fingers crossed" and we will proceed.

Players with replays selected to be showcased on the eSports show will receive 200 gold.   We are also looking for any questions you would like answered during the show or suggestions for what you would like to see each week. The main amendments concern frontal projection – now the sloped forehead and side parts of the turret have values are closer to those for vertical surfaces. pizzastorm: I also went up the IS line pretty quickly. I stopped at the IS-3 and played games with all the tanks in that line that I had unlocked.   Really it is up to you. Some people find certain tiers more fun or easier than others.
