Lert: Not sure what you're getting at. Neft isn't a word. Going by your post I think you mean nerf. And if that's the case, the minor accuracy adjustment where 5% less shots will go to the center of the reticle with an unaimed shot was never going to kill sniping altogether. Don't buy into the hype from people who don't understand how the game works, if you fully aim in before firing, you're barely going to notice a different.

Lert:   Aim time is the amount of time it takes for the reticle to shrink to 1/3 of its size. Also, if you're zoomed in and your reticle is staying the same, your on-screen reticle is not accurate to the actual one which is larger than your screen and shrinking. The on-screen one starts shrinking when the real one catches up to it.
