Please know that having the residual mod files in your registry will still affect your client. Every player's connection is unique so we usually ask for a PingPlotter report to determine any connectivity issues and where it's coming from. dance210:   The tankrewards.com website is set up so that you can pick which reward you want, based on the tier (number of tickets earned). For example, if you earn 20 tickets, you can choose from four different options at each level (5 garage slots, T14, Matilda IV and Excelsior for the highest level, I believe).   Without the tankrewards.com website, that choice wouldn't be available. This allows more flexibility for the player

dance210: Hi!    The good news: yes it is possible to earn more than 20 tickets!   The bad news: only 20 tickets can be used at tankrewards.com to select the special rewards. After 20 tickets, you will only be working towards the completing the in-game missions. Which could still be worth it, if you want a personal credit booster

dance210: The one where the teams didn't move forward has already been addressed. The captains of each team were contacted and so far at least, I haven't heard anything negative from either team.   The single battle playoff was posted on the tournament page and forums before the battle started. While I agree that it is *@(*$ and wish it hadn't happened, it was unfortunately out of my control. It didn't stop the tournament from moving forward though.

Mugsy_:   Hey Ironclad,  I definitely hear your feedback. To earn 20 tickets is an investment. We will also have tournaments, contests, and competitions which will reward you for playing in smaller doses. Please check them out. When we build our next event I will place a larger emphasis on rewarding folks who don't have a ton of time to spend. 

Mugsy_: The best part of this event is that your tickets will unlock levels of prizing. Within each level you will have a choice of prizing, you make your picks and click submit and then it will be added to your account shortly after.   Tier 1: choice of Premium Consumables Tier 2: choice of Boosters Tier 3: choice of Equipment Tier 4: choice of 5 Garage Slots, T14, Matilda IV, or Excelsior.    This is our first venture into running this kind of event, we really like the prospect of letting you choose the prize you want from a list. We are definitely going to pay attention to your thoughts, feedback, and recommendations on how this could be better.

dance210: All active tournaments can be found by searching the Tournaments Home Page. Interested in what we having coming up? Check out the July  calendar!  A player has two ways to register for the Platournaments! When you create the team, make sure that you are using the correct registration!Register as a Team! Registration works the same as normal. Team captain makes a team and recruits players to join. A complete team has 3 - 4 players. Captains do not need to submit their team; all teams with the minimum number of players will be accepted. The team is now ready to fight once the tournament starts! Register as a Solo player or as part of a Party! A party is a group of players that does not meet the minimum team size requirements. Create a team. Teams do not need to be confirmed; all players will be accepted for the Solo/Party Registration. Once registration has closed, the player will be combined with other solo player(s) and/or a party to form a complete team After registration has closed, players are encouraged to check back to find their new team!  So how do you register as a solo player? It's easy! When you create a team, there will be Registration Option with a drop down menu. Simply switch from Register Team to Register Solo and you are ready to go!

Everyone would suddenly just start reporting their enemies and we would spend countless hours watching battles reported out of spite only to observe nothing at all. Or to observe people simply playing badly.   However, if we were to develop a protocol for scanning for bot usage, and if we were to begin doing this regularly, and if we were to begin banning folks for this, we would want to have reminded you in advance that it's a possibility to get banned for it.

Saffr0n:   A jump in latency (ms) would be a result of a connection issue along the way to our servers. It can be client-side or server-side so we'll need you to run a PingPlotter so we can locate the bad hop. The system information that you provided has nothing to do with latency. Keep in mind that you mentioned that there were no changes in FPS so I don't understand why you're flushing your GPU's cache.    Please contact our Customer Support department, who will give you instructions to run a PingPlotter report.

The_Chieftain:   I am in full agreement that the contribution was significant, but I'm afraid to say that many in the US have a somewhat underappreciating position as regards other nations. Saying that the extent of the Canadian involvement is often overlooked by those outside of Canada, which it is, in no way diminishes the value of that involvement. How many Americans (or even Brits) have even heard of Vimy Ridge, let alone can speak with any knowledge of it? Does acknowledging that ignorance in any way detract from the event?

dance210:   Haha, tokens for tournaments is just an idea. There's still lots of time before it happens, if (that's a big if) it even happens. I figured I would try to make this conversation useful and see if there was actually any interest before figuring how it would work. Don't worry, I wouldn't forget about my 1v1 guys   A separate article will be going up a bit later today about the Summer Play events, which should explain the tokens a bit better. I'm not sure what time it'll be up though
