MA77: Saudações, tanqueiros! O servidor de testes da
Atualização 1.4.1 chegou e nela você poderá encontrar novos
recursos que planejamos introduzir no jogo: Projetos e Skin para
Tripulantes. Leia nosso artigo dedicado sobre as
novas características e comente aqui o que achou. Grande

MA77: Saudações! Com o novo ramo de tanques médios suecos
chegando, também pretendemos dar uma olhada em alguns dos outros
veículos deste país - em particular, os do ramo pesado. Hoje
estamos lançando o Superteste para versões preliminares e
atualizadas do Emil I (Nível VIII), Emil II (Nível IX) e

resembles the previous weighted system the better. I
do like skins and maybe at this point they should add an editor and
let us play with customizing our own tanks.

3/5/7 was implemented to address another issue that would put
players in battle as the only Tier 5 in a Tier 7 fight. Those
aren't happening in the 3/5/7 template formats, but did make it to
where players are less likely to be top tier. The tests are being
tested on the RU server which has a higher player base so the
Developers can gather data and make more changes.
The Developers are aware of our player's concerns and try to be as transparent as possible without disappointing our community. Once again about six months is a very soon-ish type timeline that doesn't account for all possible issues. I liken it to someone going into fix a house with an optimistic timeline but unexpected things happen when addressing the house's foundation and it pushes the timeline back. Everyone wants a better MM and even our community team is looking for more information to share with our players. Sadly, its not an easy fix and we are very thankful for our passionate, and patient players.

to find that I have only played 100 battles since the Spearhead
mission started! EDIT: I feel your pain, Domo. Sometimes, we
have to compromise to make a new process fit our existing systems.
Any chance it can be extended to 10 days, to cover 2
weekends? Will FrontLines, Strongholds, Advances, or ClanWars
battles count towards the 30 battles? (Most of my play time goes to
Advances and ClanWars.) It has been fun... I have been
introduced to several new CC's, some of whom I will continue to
follow. I am also curious about the final XP discrepancy;
all the numbers I have seen have been 10k + 50k XP. The number will
determine which tank I use as well. Sigh... Well, I guess
I'll put it towards my EBR178... I'm not enjoying that grind. I AM
enjoying my Conqueror... I can play an extra 60k XP worth of
battles in it.

hopefully I'll see you on the battlefield (on my team, so I won't
have to kill you.

was made in an earlier article this year. -As you can
understand, to find the optimal solution will take some time (about
half a year) and we ask for your patience. We have already laid
down a plan and work on matchmaker is underway. We will give more
information when we have it in a separate article. ^This
statement is a guesstimate and a very optimistic one which I am
fond of. However, it doesn't take into consideration all the
possible implications that could happen, and can lead to
disappointment as you may have already noted. I personally go by a
life motto of "actions speak louder than words," and if you haven't
checked it out yet then look at this article offering some
transparency on Match Maker Changes that are incoming soon. Check
them out HERE. It might not be the speed of progress we
all want (Myself included) but, it is still being worked
on. I will look into the link and make sure it is
working. New maps are still being added. Don't you
love Empire's Border? ITS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!

really appreciate you guys doing something to interest people. I
know it's a "selfish" thing to keep people playing but for someone

happening. Something like this will also benefit the F2P guys out
there in a massive way and hopefully it will keep them coming back
I do have some constructive criticism here though 1.
This event really was a bit too long, if it wasn't for the various
"update" threads I would have dropped out a long time ago because
at the beginning I wasn't really aware of how nice the end prize
would be if you completed them all 2. The time slot for
completing the event really is too short as already mentioned but I
give you a big plus for not including a "win" requirement or
something silly like that 3. I really wish you could come up
with a better solution for selecting where the combat XP ends up. I
realize this may be difficult because there are no good options in
the game engine but you can bet more than a few people will end up
with the XP on the wrong tank because they got carried away and
forgot to keep accurate track of the number of top 10's they've
achieved. There's a chance that I will be one of them because
during the weekends I often start out on my own doing specific
missions and stuff and then later in the evening my friend usually
shows up and we start platooning for a couple of hours...... yup,
I've already dumped 10k XP from another mission on the driver
on my M53/M55. Could have been the loader as I have a terrible
short term memory but either way, it only takes one slip up and
you've ruined the big prize in what is as I've stated elsewhere a
massive freebie giveaway As for the 4Tankers video and
the 50k XP prize, you could see that one both ways because it
wasn't until I watched his video that I grasped the fact that you
were giving away so much stuff because I interpreted the news blurb
differently and would most likely have dropped out early if it
hadn't been for that video I really hope you manage to
smooth out the rough edges of these events a bit because the
initiative is much appreciated

up...DomoSapien: Both have been discussed. Customizations are a bit tricky
because they involve work on the dev side. More news on that front
coming soontm

AM VERY grateful for the XP. My only question is this:
The original video by 4tankersanddog shows 50,000 XP for 28 tokens,
and your graphics show 30,000 XP for 28 tokens. Which is
it? I'm asking because I'm planning on using the XP to unlock
a new tank, and if it's only 30,000 XP, I might have to change
which tank I'm planning to unlock. Again, not complaining; I
just would rather know now instead of screwing this up.
Thanks! Wasn't the second XP reward originally 50,000? Some
valid points, the original promo DID show 50K exp, and really not
fair to put a 3 day window when you didn't tell anyone upfront. I
don't think it will have any effect on me since I don't think I got
all the codes and there is no way to see. Still I will take what I

Third... It's weird/annoying that after having collected all
of these codes we need to jump through more hoops to get the
boosters. The initial announcement kind of said "get the codes from
CC, win some boosters". I understand the idea behind it for
the higher tier rewards though. But the part that bugs me
the most is the restricted timeframe combined with 1 game per
token. You're asking for 28~30 games (more than that in reality for
the average players) within a specific 3 day window to get the
prizes. Opening up the timeframe to 1 week or 10 day (so that 2
weekends are covered) would be a minimum in my opinion. Or even
better, give us the whole month.

heck everyone got this reward structure, because folks have been
asking me about the rewards before I announced them. Now I know
why. I must have missed that video.
That was not the official list of prizes nor should that have been published because the prizing was not finalized at the time of publishing. 4TankersandDog wasn't told to publish the list of rewards, but I suppose he also wasn't asked NOT to publish it so I can't really say I blame him. That said, though, there was a lot of back and forth with the SSE (serverside event) Engineers about the rewards and event structure (this whole '28 battles' thing was a compromise, I would have much rather had all the tiered rewards trigger the first time you complete Mission 1) and the reward structure didn't get approved and finalized until later.

taken from the event plan itself so I'm 85% sure they are 2
hour boosters. To your third point, it's valid. Again, it's not
quite set up how I wanted it to be, had to make some compromises
with the event guys because they won't let me give out this much

well.

folder token every time you do Once you have 27 folder tokens, pick
a tank that you want to get an XP bonus. Play better 1/3 of your
team again and you'll get 10k XP for that tank. Play the same tank
better than 1/3 of your team again and you'll get another 30k XP
for the tank. All of this said, this whole Scavenger
Hunt project has been an amazing learning experience for me, and
has been very eye-opening as far as the limitations of 7+ year old
game for running missions. Someone mentioned that it makes sense to
me because it's my project and I've been designing it - honestly
that's pretty spot on.
Like, if I could sit you down in front of me and explain in person, you'd understand in about 30 seconds. It's really pretty straightforward, but when you try to break it down in text all of a sudden you're typing a 5-paragraph essay. I have been mulling this idea over for a while: depending on interest I was thinking about making a blog-style post or a video going over the initial goals of the Scavenger Hunt project, challenges we ran into, decisions and factors that motivated changes in format, as well as plans for the event in the future. Would anyone be interested in that? I imagine some folks are curious why there were so many bumps along the way.

Felipe6666Original: ¡Saludos, tanquistas!

¡Saludos!

DomoSapien: Tankers,
I know you've all been patiently waiting for information on how to receive your prizes from the February Scavenger Hunt. The other threads are sort of turning into massive unwieldy behemoths, so starting a new thread to consolidate all the information on exactly how these missions will work. I've explained everything below to the best of my ability, and I've also whipped up a couple of snazzy infographics for ya.
FULL, LONG-WINDED INFOGRAPHIC WITH ALL THE DETAILS SHORT INFOGRAPHIC WITH THE ESSENTIALS First things first, please note that everyone who participated in this month's Scavenger Hunt will be getting credit for 2 extra codes via a mass invoice on our backend. So if you got 26 codes, you will get credit for 28, and if you got 28 codes, you will get credit for 30. MISSIONS START: March 8th, 2019 03:20 PST | 05:20 CST | 06:20 EST
MISSIONS END: March 11th, 201903:20 PST | 05:20 CST | 06:20 EST That said, let's talk about how these will function:
All month, you've been gathering bonus codes. These bonus code have been crediting Code Tokens to your account. Including the 2 freebies, you can theoretically have up to 30 Code Tokens. If you have at least 1 Code Token when you log in, (Meaning, if you have redeemed any of this month's codes) your Scavenger Hunt Missions will activate. They should be visible in your Missions UI. You have 2 sets of missions (Mission 1, and Missions 2-6 which are activated by Mission 1), and the conditions for completion require you to place in the top 10 Experience Earners on your team.
Every time you place in the top 10 XP earners on your team, you will complete the following mission: Personal Battle Mission: Scavenger Hunt Every time you Complete Personal Battle Mission: Scavenger Hunt, one of your CODE TOKENS will be converted into a FOLDER TOKEN
MISSION 1:
EXPAND Personal Battle Mission: Scavenger Hunt Restriction: All battles Repeatable up to 30 times Must have the following. Consumes token on use: CODE TOKEN Condition: Play a battle Must be in top 10 in Experience on your team Rewards: FOLDER TOKEN
3x EXP Booster 50% 1 Hour
3x Crew EXP Booster 100% 2 Hours 3x Credit Booster 50% 1
Hour
FOLDER TOKENS will unlock the following missions, which will give you your tiered rewards.
Once you collect 5 FOLDER TOKENS, you will unlock the following mission: MISSION 2: EXPAND Personal Battle Mission: Collect 5 CC Codes Restriction: All battles Once Per Account 5 FOLDER TOKENS Condition: Play a battle Must be in top 10 in Experience on your team Consumables Consumables Consumables x3 Small Repair Kit x3 Small Med Kit x3 Manual Fire Extinguisher Because 5 FOLDER TOKENS are required to UNLOCK the mission, you will get your small consumables when you get your 6th FOLDER TOKEN When you collect 11 FOLDER TOKENS, you will unlock the following mission:
MISSION 3: EXPAND Personal Battle Mission: Collect 11 CC Codes Restriction: All battles Once Per Account 11 FOLDER TOKENS Condition: Play a battle Must be in top 10 in Experience on your team Consumables Consumables Consumables x3 Large Repair Kit x3 Large Med Kit x3 Auto Fire Extinguisher Because 11 FOLDER TOKENS are required to UNLOCK the mission, you will get your small consumables when you get your 12th FOLDER TOKEN When you collect 18 FOLDER TOKENS, you will unlock the following mission: MISSION 4: EXPAND Personal Battle Mission: Collect 18 CC Codes Restriction: All battles Once Per Account 18 FOLDER TOKENS Condition: Play a battle Must be in top 10 in Experience on your team Slot x1
Because 18 FOLDER TOKENS are required to UNLOCK the mission, you will get your small consumables when you get your 19th FOLDER TOKEN When you collect 27 FOLDER TOKENS, you will unlock the following mission: MISSION 5: EXPAND Personal Battle Mission: Collect 27 CC Codes Restriction: All battles Once Per Account 27 FOLDER TOKENS Condition: Play a battle Must be in top 10 in Experience on your team Experience 10000
The 10,000 Vehicle XP will go to the tank used to complete the mission. Make sure you don't have 'accelerate crew training' enabled or it will go to your crew! Because 27 FOLDER TOKENS are required to UNLOCK the mission, you will get your small consumables when you get your 28th FOLDER TOKEN When you collect 28 FOLDER TOKENS, you will unlock the following mission: MISSION 6: EXPAND Personal Battle Mission: Collect All 28 CC Codes Restriction: All battles Once Per Account 28 FOLDER TOKENS Condition: Play a battle Must be in top 10 in Experience on your team Experience Consumables 30,000 3x Combat rations 3x Chocolate 3x Case of Cola 3x Strong coffee 3x Tea and pudding 3x Improved combat rations 3x Onigiri 3x Buchty 3x Spagetti with sauce 3x Bread and Smalec 3x Coffee with cinnamon buns
Play one more battle + place in the top 10 XP earners to earn your final tiered reward of 30K EXP (going to the tank used to complete the battle) + food consumables. Keep in mind, since everyone is getting 2 extra CODE TOKENS you can theoretically complete Mission 1 a total of 30 times if you got 28 codes this month. Golly gee whiz, Domo! That's a wall of text! Why is this so damn confusing!? Long story short, to make the Monetization guys happy, we need y'all to actually log in and play to get your prizes. We picked top 10 XP as a requirement because it's fairly easy to complete, and doesn't require you to depend on your team and win the battle. But you can't just AFK and get the prizes, you actually need to play.
It seems pretty complex, but you just need to remember that each mission will unlock once you get the right number of Folder tokens.

credit-earning coefficient than Elite tech tree
tanks. Looks like Boop forgot his coffee this morning
