answer you want, but you're taking a thread asking about
in-game chat violations/behaviour and turning into an addon
discussion. If I had a different answer to give about that
subject, I assure you I would. Now back on topic here,
you're unsatisfied I'm advising a player with an in-game issue to
raise a ticket when you know fine well that's the only
solution/answer for that specific query. I expanded on my answer to
say "why" and also explained what to include in the
ticket. What other reply are you seriously expecting here?
"Don't make a ticket? Lets be realistic here sir. All
in-game reports go through support team. If you're unsatisfied with
your reply, then submit another ticket. A specific example on
an external site is not representative of our customer support team
who handles thousands of tickets daily. It's also not
representative of WG Support globally when you're not seeing
examples of duplicate tickets. (I wouldn't
be surprised if this is attempted now just to try
and prove a point but hey). You're getting information
presented to you in a certain way and rather than taking it as an
exception, you're taking it for face value. If the same source
showed you a ticket answering/granting a player's request and
saying "WG support is awesome" you'd take that as face value?
No because you've already been pre-disposition to expect bad
stuff and you don't go there expecting an unbiased and balance
point of view. As I said

depending on the number of teams. For end time, it's hard to say
now but the last battle should start around 22:00 CET and end in

topics related to Racist, Nazi, Nationalist, Rape, Pedophilia for
example) feel free to submit a ticket to support with
screenshots/replay of the battle. For repeated team
kill/damage this is logged by the system and if someone is a
serial offender they'll get to the point where almost any team
damage will result in an auto ban. If something is seriously
interrupting a match where it's been spammed, firstly ignore the
player. Support will look into it with attached replay, but please
remember you may still get a fairly generic answer because for
every ticket submitted for gross misconduct, there is twice as many
submitted with things like "He called me a noob, I want him banned"
or "he told me to shut up" etc which are not issues that should be
reported to our support team. (That's why the in-game system is
there). Serial offenders are handled via the report system
and reports stack up. For stuff that is really bad we can
take action sooner with evidence. Bear in mind the support
department handles thousands of tickets a day.

natsii) sagt, was "drei Nationen" bedeutet und mit "Nazi" nix zu

hemos encontrado en los foros sobre los mods, vengo a reiterar la
postura oficial de Wargaming al respecto, que no difiere de la
indicada en la primera página de este hilo. Postura oficial
de Wargaming respecto al uso de Mods. Apostamos por el juego limpio
y permitimos mods que no den clara ventaja a unos jugadores frente
a otros, pero no aconsejamos usar aquellos que modifican
aspectos del juego y afectan a la jugabilidad de forma drástica, es
decir, cuando tienes información extra que otro jugador con el
cliente estándar no tiene, o cuando un mod te avisa de qué hacer y
cuándo. Es decir, mods que afectan cómo juegas al
juego. Tened en cuenta que el equipo de
desarrolladores está continuamente desarollando nuevas
herramientas para promover el juego limpio (sistema contra el afk,
contra el fuego amigo o el sistema de reporte del jugador dentro
del juego) ¿Por qué WG EU no hace una lista de mods
inadecuados? Hacer una lista con nombres de mods no ayudaría por
varias razones: Si un mod que no está permitido aparece en la
lista, éste cambiará su nombre en los próximos días para
escabullirse del radar. Entonces se dará el caso en el cual los
jugadores asumirán que cualquier mod que no este en la lista estará
permitido, lo cual no sería el caso. Tampoco queremos dar a los
jugadores tramposos una lista de mods ilegales que usar. ¿Y
las otras regiones? ¿Tienen una lista de mods inadecuados? Los
foros rusos tienen una lista sobre algunas funcionalidades. Los
foros de NA tienen 19 paginas de Q&A sobre ésto y los
foros de Asia tienen un post reciente y muy parecido al que
tenemos en los
foros europeos. En resumen, juego limpio, y si no
estáis seguros de si un mod da o no claras ventajas, os aconsejamos
no usarlo. Un saludo.

We're aware how cool and awesome the super 6 is but so far,
counting the super 6 and ALL other tournaments we saw how a huge
part of our player base (esports) has difficulties in assembling a
huge team of 14-20 players. Therefore, in order to try to make it
easier for people who are more casual (no static team or clan) we
needed to "cut" the team size. Another reason why this makes sense
is that most of our teams consist of 7-10 players so static teams
can enjoy more while playing with the same roster.
Tactics wise, yes it will bring changes. The doors called
"feedback" are not closed, we'll look at the it again after this
super 6 and see how did it go and how to improve it. Regards

premières "passes d'armes" sur CS ou DOD, c'était déjà le cas. Les
reports sont utilisés et des personnes sont bannis de tchat tous
les jours pour insultes, mais malheureusement, cela vient aussi du
comportement humain sur Internet "Je suis derrière un écran,
protégé par mon pseudo" et quelques fois cela fait pousser des
"ailes". Le support fait donc ce qu'il peut, mais cela est un
travail de Sisyphe...donc, continuer à envoyer les reports, et au
fur et à mesure, les nuisibles seront bannis.

Fingern gehabt, aber sehr interessante Ausführungen zum Panzer
