tickets au sujet du bug d'affichage concernant l'or et l'expérience
libre, et que les dévs sont entrain de travailler dessus. Par
contre, ce que tu as mis en citation n'as rien à voir, c'est juste
un message pour dire que nous recrutons des personnes parlant
anglais et allemands pour travailler au support clientèle.
La réponse ayant été apportée, je vais fermer le sujet.

Tanatoy: Attention, si vous avez participer passivement à plusieurs
batailles (on parle ici d'une dizaine, pas de 2-3) durant les deux
derniers mois, cela compte aussi dans ces bans, donc peut-être que
si vous avez été banni, la raison est aussi à chercher par
là.

you. It does solve the problem for some users and this is why we
have recommended to try it first. Unfortunately for now I
can't say anything else since this issue is already reported
and our developer team is working to fix this issue.
We will keep you informed when there is any news on this
issue. Hopefully soon you will be able to play and enjoy the
game as usual. We are really sorry for any inconvenience
occurred and thanks for your understanding.

de ban pour botting ou utilisation de logiciels abusifs a eu lieu,
et que si vous contestez ce ban vous devriez contacter le support
clientèle. Je n'ai pas accès aux détails de votre compte, je ne
peux donc confirmer ou infirmer rien du tout au sujet d'un ban
justifié ou non.

Díky za nápad. To asi tak hned na začátek.
Bohužel vám ale asi neposkytnu odpověď, která by se vám líbila, v podstatě ale má Homer pravdu. Směna stříbrných na zlaté si myslím, že ve WoTku nikdy neprojde. Nápadů, jak přivést do klanové pokladny zlatky, pokud klan například nevydělává na globálce, jsme sesbírali (a stále sbíráme) spousty, ale obávám se, že nápad se směnou stříbrných na zlaté opravdu reálný není. Nejenom z důvodu, který vypsal Homer, ale taktéž z důvodu, že pro klany existuje něco jako globálka. Chápu, že ne každý klan se na globálce uchytí, a že ne každý klan takovou šanci má. Chápu, že zlatky v klanu jsou užitečná věc, ať už třeba pro různé klanové soutěže, či jen jako výpomoc příslušníkům klanu, ale ekonomika hry je nastavena tak, jak je, a směna stříbrných (snad vydělatelných) kreditů na zlaté je zkrátka bez šance. Už to z úst WG padlo několikrát, ale stříbro se na zlato směnit v nejbližší době prostě nebude moct.

this. We have tried to reproduce this to see what is the case but
we were not able to see the same result as you do. Can you please
make sure that you are not receiving double XP for your victories
by checking the detailed end battle result screen and if that is
the case, can you please contact with Customer Service with the
screenshots?

V prvé řadě bych se chtěl omluvit za tuhle nepříjemnost, i když vím, že vám to asi moc nepomůže.
V druhé řadě ale prosím buďte ujištěni, že tenhle problém právě vyšetřujeme. Z ostatních jazykových sekcí jsme sesbírali stejné ohlasy a, prosím, buďte ujištěni, že se na tom pracuje.
Bohužel v tuhle chvíli pro vás nemám žádnou jinou a lepší odpověď.
Zda se jedná o nějakou chybu, či zda za to může třeba makro, neaktivita posbíraná za delší časový úsek, atd. atd. atd., to vám bohužel v tuhle chvíli nedokážu říct.

Der beschriebene Fehler, das Gold, bzw. Erfahrung, nicht angezeigt werden ist inzwischen bekannt. Der Kundendienst kann euch leider ebenfalls nicht weiter helfen, außer euch mitzuteilen, dass bereits daran gearbeitet wird den Fehler schnellstens zu beheben.
Die verschiedenen, auch zuvor bereits angesprochenen 'workarounds', um den Fehler zu umgehen sind:
In WoT auszuloggen und in WoWp oder WoWs einzuloggen. Diese Clients beenden und wieder mit dem WoT Client einloggen. Dabei sind Wartezeiten zu beachten, das der Client vollständig geladen und synchronisiert ist (kann beim WoWs Hafen etwas dauern).
Einloggen und einige Zeit warten, das kann jedoch wirklich dauern.
Leider können wir euch im Moment noch keine andere Antwort geben. Wir hoffen das der Fehler bald gefunden und behoben sein wird. Entschuldigt bitte die Umstände und die dadurch entstehenden Unannehmlichkeiten.
Bitte beachtet, das es lediglich Synchronisierungsfehler sind. Die Daten selbst sind davon nicht betroffen.

Tanatoy: Bonjour à tous, Il y a eu effectivement une vague de ban il
y a peu ayant pour but de bannir et donner un dernier avertissement
pour les utilisateurs de bots/logiciels tiers donnant un
avantage significatif en jeu. Si vous contestez ce ban (auquel cas,
votre cas sera revu une fois de plus en détail pour être sûr qu'il
n'y ai pas eu d'erreur) contactez le support clientèle. Par contre,
je préfère vous prévenir qu'il y a malheureusement un peu d'attente
pour les réponses du support, probablement plus de 48 heures,
d'autres soucis ayant causés un grand nombre de ticket.

XVM, mało tego sporo się namęczyłem ostatnio, żeby pozbyć się
przycięć spowodowanych właśnie XVM. Okazało się, iż usunięcie
katalogu Wargaming z AppData pomogło. Tak więc nawet nie używałem
XVM. Od 3 tygodni nieubłaganie próbuję zrobić misję TD na
Obj260, grając TD paktycznie non stop-bez rezultatu. Jakim
cudem można zablokować komuś konto, oskarżając go o używanie
BOTA?
Zwracam się z prośbą do Polskiego zespołu Wargaming o wgląd w sprawę i odwołanie 100% niedorzecznej i absolutnie niesłusznej kary. O CO CHODZI?

Sprawdzimy to - z informacji, które do mnie docierają, wynika, że niektórzy faktycznie mogli być zbanowani niesłusznie.
Jesli kogoś jeszcze to dotknęło a NIE wypowiedział się w tym wątku, to bardzo proszę, niech się dopisze - przekażę nicki zbanowanych wyżej, w celu sprawdzenia w czym problem i czy bany były zasadne.
Sprawdzimy to - z informacji, które do mnie docierają, wynika, że niektórzy faktycznie mogli być zbanowani niesłusznie.
Jesli kogoś jeszcze to dotknęło a NIE wypowiedział się w tym wątku, to bardzo proszę, niech się dopisze - przekażę nicki zbanowanych wyżej, w celu sprawdzenia w czym problem i czy bany były zasadne.

might have been experiencing a synchronization issue
which makes you see that your gold and free experience is missing.
If you are experiencing this, please try the following to
fix this issue. Please log out of Warships and then log back
in. This should force a resync and everything should return to
normal. If you try this and still have the same issue please
let us know in this thread so we can investigate it further.

Tenhle problém právě řešíme a brzy bude odstraněn. Díky všem za nahlášení!
V každém případě, zkuste se odhlásit, počkat pět minut a znovu se přihlásit. Je to chyba pouze v zobrazování zlatých a free xp, rozhodně o ně nepřicházíte.

reached the quarter finals so 2,5k. In order to win 4,5k you
need to get to the finals of your bracket. I hope this
explains.

compared to the other players. Specifically those who have little

eSports/CW/xxx and make them not buy gold is what WG gave them. It
doesn´t matter which particular tournament it was. If we didn´t
give them the chance to get it, they would most likely had to buy
it (If they would want it). So your point here is not really valid.
Again, it´s still money for the company. Honestly I think
that its pretty awesome to even have any chance to win real money
through eSports. And don´t get me wrong, I know the teams work hard
for it. But still...for Silver players it´s still more hobby and
earning money by doing what you like and you would most likely do
anyway...pretty cool, I would say. As same as earning gold because
when I started to play, I was buying it and I didn´t even know
about the chance to win it/earn it.

Karlie: Guys keep in mind that every gold sent to player is gold that the
player will not buy - for that its real money for the company. Just
to explain your thinking that "gold is not real money". Sure, the
particular player might not buy the gold but every gold in
tournament you get is money in certain way. But don´t worry, your
feedback will be taken in account.
