La relación entre ingredientes, medio kilo de huevo por cada kilo de patatas. Para cuajar la tortilla ha utilizado fuego de inducción.  Lola Cuerda de Casa Dani en Madrid ha presentado al concurso una tortilla elaborada con patata agria manchega y cebolla caramelizada cuajada en fuego de gas como los centenares que cocina cada día en su puesto del madrileño mercado de La Paz y que le ha servido para llevarse el premio a casa.  Gorka Rodríguez, chef de la Pulpería de Melide en A Coruña, que ha defendido el uso del producto local y ha elegido para la ocasión patata agria canaria, con la que ha preparado una tortilla estilo Betanzos con seis huevos, 250 gramos de patatas y sin cebolla que ha cuajado en inducción con malabares incluidos.  Ana del Carmen Pacheco Martín del Bar Aithay en Tenerife, también ha optado por el fuego de gas para cuajar una tortilla de 13 huevos hecha con papa galáctica de Tenerife y cebolla como las que cocina cada día en su bar.   Este año la tortilla "Betanzos"....no ha triunfado...y normal....al no tener cebolla y tener ese cuajo tan peculiar da nombre a un estilo propio de tortilla...con lo que habria que mirar si se la puede llegar a considerar tortilla de patatas o pasar a ser torilla de patatas estilo betanzos....o directamente tortilla betanzos.     CONCEBOLLA best tortilla de patata 2019....si el evento hubiera salido cuando se anuncio haya por 2018....pues tendriaisn los sincebollistas la mejor tortilla del año....pero 2019...no...en 2019....the best tortilla es CONCEBOLLA.

Also, there are quite a lot of tier 6 tournaments in the current rotation.

Also, Also (X2) personally I'd like more 2v2 or even a 3v3 Tier 4 tournament, as currently it feels like 6/7 days the T4 tournament is limited to only 1v1.
