This forum is here to provide you with a friendly atmosphere where you can discuss ideas, participate in events, share and receive game play advice, and discuss any other aspects of World of Tanks with other players. Community forums are at their best when participants treat their fellow posters with respect and courtesy. Therefore, we ask that you conduct yourself in a civilised manner when participating on this forum and respect the rules.
However your access to the forum is a “privilege”, and not a “right.” Wargaming.net reserves the right to suspend your access to the forum at any time for reasons that include, but are not necessarily limited to, your failure to abide by these rules. If a member is found to violate any of the forum rules listed below, he/she will be given a temporary ban from the World of Tanks forums. Depending upon severity of the violation of the rules could be given a permanent suspension.
Before posting any kind of information on this forum, all users are obliged to read and follow the rules posted below.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Registration Requirements
There is no requirement for a user to use his or her real name or to use any other form of identification that can be used to easily trace identities, and all e-mail addresses that are provided will be kept private. In order to register on World of Tanks forum, registrants must be thirteen (13) years of age or older.
Users are solely responsible for protecting their accounts from access by others. Users are strongly encouraged to select a hard-to-guess password and not re-use that password on any other sites where it may be read by the owners or administrators of that site. It is highly recommended that board users do not share their accounts with others, or share their computers used to access the site with others. In case of the lost or hacked around, users are to inform support immediately.
1.2 Forum purpose
The purpose of this forum is to discuss World of Tanks and military machines related topics, get to know fellow players, and to give feedback to the Wargaming.net developers.
1.3 Responsibility
Wargaming.net is not responsible for any user messages posted. Wargaming.net does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact the support staff or moderators immediately. Wargaming.net employees and community moderators have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time limit, if it is found that removal is necessary. Users agree, through the use of this service, that they will not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. Users agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by said user or by this board.
1.4 Ban Policy
Violations of these guidelines may lead to users being banned from this forum as a temporary or even a permanent suspension of their account.
1.5 Errors reporting
Bugs and errors can be reported at the support website (http://support.worldoftanks.eu/). Users can also report any bugs and errors on the corresponding forum thread.
2. PROHIBITIONS and RESTRICTIONS
2.1 Forum etiquette
Users are not allowed to abuse others, make personal attacks or behave disrespectfully. This prohibition applies to both public threads and private messages (PMs). Disrespect can include:
1. Flaming
2. Making non-constructive posts, or creating threads on non-constructive topics
3. Harassment or Defamatory remarks
4. Cursing and profanities, Inappropriate language
5. Personal abuse or attacks
6. Insults or derogatory comments based on race, nationality, religion, culture, sex, or sexual preference. This includes "jokes" in bad taste.
7. Excessive Capitalization
8. Naming and Shaming. Distribution of other forum users' personal information without their prior consent
9. Discussion on social, religious, political topics that create controversy as well as negatively portray religious and political figures
10. Insults towards Wargaming Staff (including moderators)
11. Insults or provocation via PM after being set to RO status or warned for a violation
12. Death threats and other threats of violence in real life, directed towards either other forum users or members of Wargaming staff
13. Impersonation of the Administration or Moderation team
If a member is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will:
• Be temporarily banned from the World of Tanks forums
• Be given a final warning, with any further violations possibly resulting in permanent ban from the forums
This behavior has no place on the World of Tanks forums due to its extremely offensive and inappropriate nature.
2.2 Distribution of real life information and real-life threats
Postings and discussions which have users’ personal data (such as addresses, telephone numbers, emails, other contact information) - regardless of whether this is their own or that of other users - will be removed. Users who publish this type of content on the forum will be warned or suspended by an administrator or a moderator.
If a thread or post is in violation of the forum rules, users are encouraged to use the report button on the post and provide information as to why the thread or post is in violation.
No rude or disrespectful posts to or about any forum moderators or Wargaming.net employees, as well as no release of real-life information about moderators or Wargaming.net employees are allowed on this forum.
Real-life threats include both clear and masked language and/or links to websites containing such language or images which refers to violence in any capacity that is not directly related to the game world
If a member is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will:
• Be temporarily banned from the World of Tanks forums
• Be given a final warning, any further violations may result in permanent ban from the forums
2.3 Advertising
Users are not allowed to post threads or comments here that advertise or solicit any non-beneficial, non- World of Tanks related businesses, organizations, or websites. Explicit advertising and solicitation in signatures are also prohibited.
If a member is found to have been advertising, he/she will:
• Be given a temporary ban from the World of Tanks forums, depending upon severity
Forum rules allow discussing other war games; however any kind of solicitation of or linking to other games is not permitted. Also please do not use images related to games other than World of Tanks in your signature, avatar or name. You are more than welcome to discuss other war games in our Off Topic section but please do not add them in your signature, avatar or name.
2.4 Accounts, Gold/Credits, Pre-order & Promotional codes, Leveling services, Begging.
This category includes:
• Creating alternative accounts with malicious intentions.
• Advertising of, or selling of game accounts.
• Advertising of, or selling of in game currency such as gold/credits.
• Advertising of, or selling of leveling services.
• Advertising of, or selling of promotional codes or pre-order codes.
• Begging in any form. Begging includes but is not limited to: requesting users to transfer real money to the virtual wallet, asking for additional gold/credits, and requests to transfer game gold/credits, promotional codes, pre-order codes, or anything similar.
• Linking to or promoting websites that contain the above prohibited services.
All types of posts for the sale or promotion of the exchange or transfer of accounts, currency, codes, and other services from one user to another violate the EULA and are prohibited within the forums and game channels.
If a member is found to have participated in such actions, he/she may:
• Be given a permanent account suspension for both game and forums for World of Tanks, depending upon severity
2.5 Off Topic, spamming and trolling
This category includes:
• Excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish
• Creation of topics that already exist on the forum (Please use search and add to existing topics were possible)
• Off-topic posting, such as attempting to derail serious threads or creating topics in the wrong forum section
• Creating threads for the sole purpose of causing unrest on the forums
• Creating threads for purpose of reporting or discussing in game violations. Such incidences are to be directed to support
• Causing disturbances in forum threads, such as picking fights, making off topic posts that ruin the thread, insulting other posters
• Making non-constructive posts, or creating threads on non-constructive topics
• Abusing the "Reported Post" feature by sending false alarms or nonsensical messages
• Numbering a thread, posting “First!”, “IBTL” (“in before thread lock”) or any other fad statements
• “Bumping” posts. Some sections may allow “bumping” in moderation, but users are to check the subsection of the forum to make sure that it is allowed in that section
• Creation of petition threads or polls that are not aimed at conducting a discussion.
Users should make sure that they post your new threads and postings in the appropriate forum, and users are asked familiarize themselves with the forums. This helps other users and moderators maintain an overview and so be able to respond faster with an appropriate answer to questions. Before beginning a new thread, look to see if an active thread on that topic has already been established using the Search feature. If so, place your comments there instead. Keep discussions about one topic to one thread only.
Posts which drift off topic, or content-free posts will be edited or removed. Posting multiple messages with the same content across several forums is unwelcome and inappropriate, since such activities divide the targeted discussions and makes gathering feedback considerably more difficult. Such ‘cross posts’ will be merged, closed and redirected or removed. If so, place your comments there instead.
If a member is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will:

2.6 Politics, Major Religions or Religious Figures
Posting about social, religious, political, illegal or other controversial topics that may create offense. As well as negative portrayal of religious and political figures.

2.7 Law Violations
This category includes:
1. Posting discussion threads on, or linking to, cheats, hacks, trojan horses, or malicious programs. If you suspect that a cheat or hack exists, provide the necessary information to support, it is not to be discussed within the forums.
2. Posting unreleased content / hacking data files: showing unreleased in-game items, equipment, or areas that have been unlocked by hacking into client data files; discussing or displaying any data not available through normal game play;
3. Illegal drugs or activities. Both clear and masked language and/or links to websites containing such language or images which reference to abusing illegal drugs or to performing illegal activities are prohibited.
If a member is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will:
• Be temporarily banned from the World of Tanks forums
• Be given a final warning, any further violations may result in permanent ban from the forums
Users are expected to act lawfully when participating on the forums. Posting about or discussing issues that violate local or international laws is not allowed under any circumstance.
The administration reserves the right to delete, update or modify any information which is considered inappropriate on these forums.
2.8 Discussing disciplinary actions
This category includes:
1. Creating posts or threads to discuss disciplinary actions taken against a player in game or on the forums
2. Creating posts or threads to discuss moderators or moderator decisions and actions
If a member is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will:
• Be given a temporary ban from the World of Tanks forums, depending upon severity
3. MISCELLANEOUS
3.1 Language
The official language of this forum is English. Using other languages is allowed in special forum sections only. Transliteration and intentionally distorted or illiterate language is unwelcome.
Users are to be considerate to those who obviously have difficulties with English, and similarly be considerate to English moderators who sometimes have to moderate in languages other than their own.
3.2 Hard-to-Read Posts
Posts that disrupt the message boards for other users, intentional or not, are prohibited. This category includes, but is not limited, to:
• Conducting conversations in foreign languages, outside the designated International forums
• Posting solely or predominantly in capital letters; excessive text spacing or line breaks; use of "1337 5p34k" or other hard-to-read writing styles
• Using misleading topic titles, excessive punctuation, and/or non-standard symbols
While posting on these forums users are to be reasonable with font size and color. Stick to default font size and try to avoid use of text colors different from black. The administration reserves the right to modify inappropriate posts and give warnings to their authors.
3.3 Links and Images
Whenever linking to a website or image or posting a image, be sure to check that they don't violate any of the rules above. Sites or images that display illegal content, pornography, nudity, gratuitous violence, Nazi symbols such as swastikas, obscenities and any other content that goes against the standards of this community will be moderated. In addition to the above we also request you not post ASCII art (pictures created by using letters and symbols on a keyboard) they are usually quite large and can be misinterpreted based on display issues.
The size of files and images referred may not exceed 100 kilobytes (kb).
3.4 Names (Players and Clans), Avatars, Images/Video, Signatures & Clan logos
Certain content for names, avatars, images/video, signatures & clan logos, have no place on the World of Tanks forums or within the world of tanks game, due to their extremely offensive, annoying or inappropriate nature. The following list is only a summary, but it gives some idea of names, images, signatures, avatars and clan logos which are not accepted with the world of tanks environment:

that contain insults, personal attacks, abuse or harassment.
That contain unprintable words or abbreviations, or which are unattractive and/or unreadable.
which have (in any way) racist or nationalistic implications which may create offense to a certain nation, ethnic, religious or racial group.
that contain an allusion of racial or national supremacy, as well as discriminative propaganda on any level.
which are derogatory discriminative or offensive to people with a disability or illness.
which have an association with sexuality, pedophilia, sexual abuse; or have an offensive connection to the human body or bodily functions.
which contain excessive gore or violence, or are obscene/vulgar.
which make reference to addictive or illegal substances or their use, or any other illegal activities.
which either in whole or partly contain copyrighted or registered trade mark elements.
that contain reference to current mainstream religions that may create offense, i.e. names such as God, Jesus, Allah, etc.
that contain Logotypes, symbols, emblems or figures connected in one way or another with organizations, that violate or were violating existing laws and rules (For example, using different variations of Nazi symbolic, abridgements and signs( 88, 14, 420, SS), or similar stylization (such as, 55) as well as credentials, names and surnames of Nazi leaders) which may provoke strong negative reaction/association or promote national/ethnic/religious hatred.
that are connected with negative historical or political personalities, first of all those who are judged by international courts for crimes against humanity, those that generally arouse feelings of suffering or disgust in the majority of people, as well as members of currently existing terrorist organizations;
that negatively portraits the projects moderators, staff or administration;
which in any other manner violates the End User License Agreement or local laws;
....... either implicitly or explicitly are prohibited (This also contains links to websites containing the above). If names (player or clan), avatars, signatures, images/video, clan logos within the forums or within the game violate these rules the offending account may be changed and/or the accounts may be sanctioned or suspended. Moreover, the administration reserves the right to delete, update or modify any names (player or clans) and avatars, images or clan images which are considered inappropriate on the forums or within the game environment.
Additionally, excessively long forum signatures are not permitted. Signatures may not exceed two lines. If these limitations are exceeded, then the disruptive elements will be removed without explanation and the offending account may receive sanctions. Users are allowed to use images in your signatures, but their size must not exceed 468px×100px (length x width). The signatures can contain animation, but it should not be annoying.
4. FORUM ADMINISTRATION and MODERATION
4.1 Administrators and Community Team
Administrators are Wargaming.net employees.
The administrator status is confirmed by “Group: Administrators” in​sc​ri​ption under the user nickname.
Community Team is presented by "Community Managers" and "Community Coordinators"
4.2 Moderators
Moderators are volunteers of forum administration. Recruited from forum members, the moderators are responsible for maintenance of forum rules.
The moderator status is confirmed by “Group: Moderator” and Senior Moderator in​sc​ri​ption under the user nickname.
4.3 Administrators and Moderators’ powers
Administrators and moderators have right to warn and suspend forum members in the case of forum rules violation. Any measures taken by moderators can be appealed to support via the website (http://support.worldoftanks.eu), in accordance with the established procedure. Measures taken by administration are not subject to appeal. In some cases, which go beyond the forum rules, administrators can warn or suspend particular forum member, even if their actions formally don’t fall under the current prohibitions and restrictions.
4.4 Warnings
The warnings and official notifications are set off in red, this font color is reserved by Moderators and Administrators. Any other moderators and administrators’ message is considered to be an ordinary one and is equal to a message of any forum member. Once one of a posts has been moderated, users are not permitted to edit the moderators notes placed within the post. Similarly, the impersonation of the administration or moderating team in any way, is not permitted.
Depending on the severity of the violated rule, players may be issued with a different amount of warning points:
Educational Warning - 0 warning point
Minor Rule Violation - 1 warning point
Average Rule Violation - 2 warning points
Severe Rule Violation - 3 warning points
The maximum amount of warning points is 10. After reaching this limit, players should expect to receive a full forum suspension.
4.5 Restrictions on Administrators and Moderators
Administrators and support staff being official employee's are representatives of Wargaming.net, are allowed to play but not partake in clans and clan wars.
Moderators however are not official employee's of Wargaming.net and recruited from the player base. They have no special abilities in game to give them any advantage, other than the ability to issue chat bans within the game. So there is no need to limit moderators participation within clans or clan-wars. If users believe a moderator to be biased in any way or acted inappropriately, they are to send the details to support via the website (http://support.worldoftanks.eu) and it shall be looked at and dealt with by administrators if needed.

While certain language and images may not be offensive to you, consider the fact that that same language and images may have a completely different effect on someone else. We’ve done everything we can to make this a great game but now it’s up to you, the players, to breathe life into the world.

Предлагаю вашему вниманию перевод правил ведения клан-тем. Перевод с официального английского на неподдерживаемый русский, автор перевода - ваш покорный слуга. Сами понимаете, я использую данные правила в своей работе, иногда делая послабления.

1. В Клановом разделе действуют все правила форума, за исключением запрета на бампинг: разрешено апать клан-тему одинаковыми или короткими фразами, например, «ап».
All forum rules are valid in this section except bumping: it is allowed for each clan to bump their thread with same or similar post over and over again.
2. Каждому клану полагается 1 активная клан-тема. Если у клана имеются дочерние кланы, каждому из них также полагается своя тема.
Each clan is allowed only 1 active thread per clan. IF you have multiple clans ( WG1, WG2 etc..) you are allowed to have active thread for each, no matter if it is basically same clan.
3. Темы, не связанные с кланами и рекрутингом, удаляются из Кланового раздела, а их автор наказывается.
Topics that are not connected with recruitment and clans will be removed and poster will be sanctioned.
4. В Клановом разделе разрешено использовать родной язык.
Native languages are allowed in this section - there is no "Use English language only " rule here.
5. Модератор не обязан удалять из клановых тем каждый потенциально плохой пост в связи с возможностью существования языкового барьера (модераторов в команде WG меньше, чем европейских языков). Эта обязанность ложится на клан-лидера и офицеров клана: они обязаны отсылать репорт на каждый пост в своей клан-теме, который нарушает правила форума. Модератор непосредственно вмешивается только в случае серьезного нарушения правил форума.
Поскольку у нас языкового барьера нет, я непосредственно модерирую клан-темы в русском и латышском разделах форума. Там данныый пункт  правил не действует.
Due to potential issues with language barrier, moderators won't be responsible for removing each potentially bad post - it is duty of clan officers or topic starter to report posts that violate rules.Moderators might interfere only in the case of obvious Forum Rules violations.
6. Каждый клан должен иметь ссылку на реестр кланов, находящийся на официальном портале.
Each clan MUST HAVE link to their page on main portal ( example: [WG] http://worldoftanks....by=member_since ), in their first, opening, post.
7. Wargaming.net не вмешивается во внутренние дела кланов, альянсов, объединений и так далее. Все коллизии, связанные с входом\ выходом из клана, обязанностями офицеров, распределением золота и так далее являются внутренним делом игроков. Публикация подробностей внутренней жизни кланов  в Клановом разделе или в клан-теме рассматривается как нарушение правил форума.
Wargaming.net will not meddle into internal things of clans, alliances and so on (officers, or clans leaving, "backstabbing" or NAP breaking, potential gold sharing issues, etc.). Such things are internal matters of each clan or alliance and will be considered as violation of forum rules if posted here.
8. Клан-тема, в которой не наблюдается активности более 15 дней,  считается заброшенной. Она должна быть закрыта и убрана из Кланового раздела.
Threads without new posts for 15 days will be considered abandoned and will be locked and removed from this section.
9. В остальном действуйте по принципу: все, что вы пишите, создает представление о клане у коммьюнити и может навредить клану.
Above everything, be polite and always follow the rules - what you post here will represent your clan to entire community and can cause damage beyond repair.
Даю кланам 7 дней на ознакомление и приведение своих клан-тем в соответствие с данными правилами.

OldFox: Думаю, Вам стоит поискать ответ на свой вопрос на РУ-форуме. Его 100% уже задали не один десяток раз, и я буду выглядеть по-идиотски, повторив его  

OldFox: Эта информация мне доступна на общих основаниях, если я специально не связываюсь с Минском и не задаю конкретный вопрос. Пока не задавал, так что не знаю. Но по оыту предполагаю, что таки да, могут понерфить чуток, так как сейчас он уж больно хорош. Но после этого обязательно выкатят на тест. Не будет такого, чтобы на тесте были одни характеристики, все обрадовались, на релизе купили, а он порезаный. Не волнуйтесь, WG так не делает

OldFox: Однозначно да.

OldFox: Разработчики сюда не заглядывают. Разработчики находятся в Минске и мониторят РУ-форум, и то не весь, а специальные разделы. Так что вам туда. Или второй вариант: отправить заявку через http://support.worldoftanks.ru -  так надежнее.
В вашем же случае, очевидно, сыграла роль разница в уровнях техники - он 7 уровня, поэтому за те же действия получил больше опыта.

OldFox: По поводу национализма здесь, на РУ-ветке, все просто: тут столько национальностей, что его просто не существует. В других ветках гораздо сложнее.
Что касается репортов, то все они попадают в один подраздел, доступный модераторам. Каждый модератор обязан проверить все репорты, относящиеся к его ветке\веткам, и прининять решение. Я внимательно прочитал всю перепалку и по контексту написанного, а также по опыту модерирования сообщений ЭвилСанты, сделал заключение, что он имел в виду именно игроков РУ-сервера. "Алешек" в данном случае не "Алёшек", а от слова "алени". Сделав данное заключение, я пришел к выводу, что необходимо почистить всю тему от оффтопа, а не редактировать отдельные сообщения.
Впредь прошу подобные вопросы решать не публично, а в частной переписке. Потому что и Ваши вопросы, и мои ответы - оффтоп. Просто я хотел, чтобы все уважаемые пользователи прочитали мои ответы.
Делаю Вам (и себе   ) устное замечание.

Чтобы Ваша заявка была рассмотрена как можно быстрее, Вам необходимо указать пост, за который Вам было объявлено наказание, пункт правил, на который ссылался модератор, а также изложить Вашу трактовку данного пункта правил. Если Вы не владеете английским языком, Вы можете написать на русском, но я не знаю, рассматривает ли саппорт жалобы, поданые на не поддерживаемых официально языках. Наверно, рассматривает, так как в парижском офисе есть русскоязычные работники.
Да, кстати, если обе стороны конфликта обвиняют судью в подыгрывании другой стороне, то это свидетельствует о том, что он действительно объективен.

OldFox: Дабы положить конец сыр-бору, сообщу: понятие "русскоязычный" вовсе не является оскорбительным. Оно было введено политиками, защищающими русскоязычное меньшинство, после обретения независимости странами Балтии. Цель данного нововведения - подчеркнуть, что носителями русского языка на территории Прибалтики являются не только русские, но и украинцы, белорусы, татары, евреи, греки и представители других национальностей. В этом плане термин "русскоязычный" более корректен, чем термин "русский", так как определяет не национальность, а культурную принадлежность человека.
Считаю данную тему закрытой.

OldFox: Добавлю историю от себя. Наш киберспортивный менеджер Балтийской Лиги имеет еще одну жизненную ипостась - он детский тренер по хоккею. Как-то пришел он на тренировку в майке WoT, и началась она на полчаса позже. Дети 30 минут потерянно стояли у бортика и слушали, как 6 отцов донимали тренера вопросами по танчикам.

Kejjak: Burda bir cümle hatası olmuş. Hay allahım bu ne diyorum bende.    Geçen listeye 50 g olacaktı.(yazım hatası) Neyse şöyle yapayım. Diğer dialog yarışmasında eklerim bu 50 gyi. Bu konuyuda daha fazla eklenti olmasın diye kitliyorum. Bu yüzden gelmemesi normal xenonder. Diğer dialog yarışmasında dereceye gir, girme gelecek bu konuda dereceye giremeyenlere.

Ответ очевиден: да, является. Кто определяет, является ли данная картинка или пост нарушением правил форума? Модератор. Если модератор определил, что картинка является оскорблением модератора и удалил ее, он действовал строго в соответствии с правилами форума и регламентом модерации.

Правила модерирования русского форума и европейского значительно отличаются. Тем более, что постинг картинки с "упоротым лисом" является явным оскорблением модератора, ник которого переводится как Старый Лис. Это никак не может служить достойным апом клан-темы.

OldFox: Позвольте напомнить правила форума: рекрут-тема клана служит для набора новых бойцов и общения уже состоящих в клане. Все остальное - оффтоп, что является нарушением правил форума со всеми вытекающими.
