frustrations and we are working on making things better everyday
but its not a magic wand affair. Sometimes the most obvious
answer isn't necessarily the right one. However, to discuss
MM there is an official topic for this in Gen discussion.
So ... In answer to your first closed topic (the one
that got locked): With 33k games and an account created in
near beta, you should know that the match making now is so much
better than it was, I would go as far to say ... at this moment in
time it is the best I have seen it for a while. Agreed occasionally
there is hiccups where there are not enough players on the server
(normally early hours of the morning) The comment about the
artillery being 100% accurate from the enemy team (I'm sorry) but
this seems a fallacy, that's like saying they are winning because
they have stripes on their tank suits 
Seems maybe the arty on the enemy team
took that extra second to aim properly and maybe used their
handbrake so they didn't get the dispersion of the aiming
circles. You should know good arty player know all the spots
and maps and in some cases are more than capable of hitting a
moving target. So to my question .. why would you create a
topic about it when there is many on the forums that already exist?
Then have the topic closed and rather than contact the moderator in
question (or one of the community team like myself), write a topic
here complaining how the topic was locked Which by the way discussing moderation

musel být ještě víc na prášky, protože těch šestek měl dokonce

v desítkových bitvách proti IS-7kám, Mausům a T30kám. To byly
krásný časy. Nikdo na foru neplakal, prémiová munice existovala jen
pro lidi, co chtěli utrácet reálné peníze, nebo hráli ve větších
klanech, a hra obecně byla mnohem líp vybalancovaná, takže i
stockový VK 3001p v desítkový bitvě kosilo tanky jedna radost.
Proti Tvému problému naprostá rajská zahrada. Jinak je od
Tebě pěkné, že se ještě na foru tímhle screenshotem přiznáš, že jsi
ve hře sprostý, ačkoliv úrovně vyjadřování v Tvém příspěvku jsi na
tom screenshotu zdaleka nedosáhl.

~2,2k Schaden mehr als 10* so viel hatte, wie der 14. Schlechteste
in unserem Team und insgesamt ungefähr doppelt so viel wie das

postest... Ich denke das war dann wohl das

iScending: Premium Tanks belongs to the account that it was bought for, not
you as a person. This means that the tank can't be moved to another
account since that's not where it was to being with even if you own
several accounts. Our support team will deny this request (if they
haven't already) and sadly there is nothing that can be done about
this.

VIII Prémiáky, pokud si dobře pamatuji, byly to 15%, je možné že

Ellendway: No možná se ti jen zdá, že těch akcí je moc, protože se dvě
akce potkaly na začátku měsíce. Jinak speciálů míváme hodně a
měsíční mise jsou pravidelné.

einiges zusammen. Es ist mir nicht bekannt, dass definitiv
versprochen wurde, das eine Entschädigung kommen
würde. Es ist lediglich benannt worden, dass dieses von uns
als Community Team weitergeleitet würde, was damals geschehen
ist. Es ist kein Versprechen gegeben worden, "die
Premiumspieler" zu entschädigen, was rückblickend auch keinen
Sinn machen würde. Ebenfalls gibt es Spieler welche
keinen Premiumaccount zu der Zeit hatten, aber dennoch über
Premiumpanzer oder andere Premiumfunktionen verfügten, insofern
wäre eine Einschränkung auf Premiumspieler nicht zielführend.
Weiterhin ist nicht im Detail bekannt welche Spieler
konkret betroffen waren und welche nicht, insofern macht es keinen
Sinn nur einen Teil der Spieler zu berücksichtigen, da man nicht
wissen kann ob es auch der tatsächlich betroffene Teil war. Eine
Entschädigung müsste jedoch entweder an den direkt betroffenen Teil
gehen oder eben alle Spieler. Mir ist nicht bekannt, woher
das im Eingangspost stehende Zitat stammt, als auch keine
Quelle benannt ist. Mir ist jedoch keine öffentliche Verlautbarung
bekannt welche ein entsprechendes Statement seitens eines WG
Mitarbeiters enthält.
Nichts desto trotz habe ich dies zum Anlass genommen das Thema wiederum an die Entscheidenden Mitarbeiter weiter zu leiten. Selbstverständlich kann ich nachvollziehen das die Latenzprobleme viele Spieler frustriert haben, jedoch wurden diese mit dem neuen Serverstandort in Frankfurt letztendlich adressiert, was wir nicht nur anhand der eingehenden Tickets sehr deutlich sehen können. Spieler die weiterhin Verbindungsprobleme haben sollten, bitte direkt an den Kundendienst wenden, damit dies geklärt werden kann:
Betreffend des Premiumtages - dieser wurde frei
heraus gegeben und hat nichts mit einer Entschädigung zu tun. Dies
wurde auch mehrfach klar benannt das dieser im entsprechenden
