At the moment that 1425exp would cost 57 gold to transfer to free exp.
57 gold buys 22,800 credits. So is worth that much..
If you were going to allow 1425 exp to be transferred with credits, it would need to be at the equivalent rate, ie 22,800 credits, not 1450 credits.
Even then WoT needs to be paid for their work, that 57 gold is worth 23cents. (at a rate of 250gold = 1$)
At the moment that 1425exp would cost 57 gold to transfer to free exp.
57 gold buys 22,800 credits. So is worth that much..
If you were going to allow 1425 exp to be transferred with credits, it would need to be at the equivalent rate, ie 22,800 credits, not 1450 credits.
Even then WoT needs to be paid for their work, that 57 gold is worth 23cents. (at a rate of 250gold = 1$)

With the left over EXP and cash.. I suppose I better grab a arty and start playing that more. So probably a S51, or maybe something higher tier if they are out by then..

I approved the post in the first place. Replied and agreed with you, and supported your case and posts and replied twice.
Ive made my stance/case on the topic, (which is pretty much the same as yours), to the admin/devs, and other mods.
So that topic is covered and out of my hands..
I personally don't delete any posts, unless I copy paste and pm the original post back to the user with a explanation.
But I spend 12 hours a day 7 days a week modding the forums most times, and with 185,000 users, and a lack of moderators, most people don't have the time to goto that extent with every post.
They are hunting for more mods atm, so that topic is covered and out of my hands too.
The release date is down for 1st Q 2011 so that's probably 2-3 months away, and they have 150 staff/devs working on the game, often 12 hours a day or more, around the clock..
As you know the servers will split soon, USA/Europe, so that means also that the forums will split. So this suggestion might be on hold until the forums are reworked. its only a guess, I don't know exactly. but I do know they have lots to do, and its a matter of one thing at a time, and trying to prioritize that list.
As for my replies, yes I've read every word in every post in this thread. But.. There's way to many posts on the forums to do that to every thread.. I pretty much get through about 80% of every post/thread on the forums though id guess, excluding a few sections i don't read at all (like history).. So as you can imagine.. Id already read this thread. replied twice, and done everything possible regarding all the issues. So.. now its really just a matter of if the dev's want to improve the system, and when.. So knowing I've covered this thread. I'm less likely to return repeatedly because there's just way too many threads posted daily to cover things that much..
And on a not so light a note.. you will need to settle on the mod insults a bit too, they were pretty borderline so far so I'll ignore them, but still.. try to keep things constructive instead of letting things slip into abusive.. Thanks..

2. As above, and a buggy spotting system..
3. You fired HE which leaves traces.
4. You camped in a obvious spot where tanks camp every game, and were hit blind.
But as the others have said above, Ive deleted the players name. there is no cheats everything is safe serverside.

Tanitha: Overlords posted previously (a week or so ago), that the Russian
server was due for a upgrade, then the USA server, then the Euro
server, in that order. So they are definitely different
servers.
I just checked with overlord, the server info is....
The USA server is located in North Carolina.
The Russian server is located in Munich Germany.
The Europe server will also be located in Germany but probably not in Munich.

Yeah no warping means people can manual aim, zoom and snipe at a distance.

Whilst this may account for some of the increase it certainly doesnt answer the whole problem.
Prior to the patch the warping issue was for longer ranges. at closer ranges where autoaim wasnt required , hence people could still manual aim properly there wasnt this permatracked issue.
This has all occurred since the patch. Im currently running a JagdPanther , IS and T29 and its the sdame with all 3 (admittedly the T29 seems to get it worse than the other 2).
Its not a slight increase we are talking about either.
In all of the 1000+ games i played prior to the soft wipe and all the 1000+ games ive played since the soft wipe i never ever even once got permatracked. I at least at some point was able to repair and move a bit before getting tracked again. Since the latest patch I can count at least 10 games spread between 3 different vehicle that ive been permatracked until death.

Whilst this may account for some of the increase it certainly doesnt answer the whole problem.
Prior to the patch the warping issue was for longer ranges. at closer ranges where autoaim wasnt required , hence people could still manual aim properly there wasnt this permatracked issue.

There is many reasons why now people who used to auto aim are now manual firing and aiming lower to avoid the extra turret Armour on a lot of the tanks.
Before the patch I myself was a heavy auto aimer, I was happy to just hit the tank, I didn't really care where it hit as long as it hit.
Now auto aim is nowhere near as accurate, + the other reasons above, that's forced me to manual aim with zoom for 95% of the shots, where as I only used to manual aim about 30% of the shots prior to the patch.
Arty splash damage was altered too.
- Improved HE explosion: when exploding your HE on the static object near your tank, your tank will be damaged; when exploding your HE on the armor, the splash damage is distributed by the standard rules of splash damage.
I'm not sure how much that effects things too, but i'd guess id would be more damage from missed arty shots that splash onto the tracks.

Then someone (aka a lot of people) would macro while they slept, to get it in a day instead of 3 days. Regardless of how much of a grind things are. And as i said, even though there is systems in place to scan and detect afk/macro players, it takes a while for the pattern to be detected and proved, then be manually checked by a staff member etc, So a couple/few days later they end up banned anyway. But still that could be 100-400 games that they have thrown off balance before they get caught and banned. So on top of the auto banner system, I also like the do nothing, get paid nothing system that's in place. This is a different topic to low exp when you do, do damage, and replying to someone else's post..

If any tank gets killed before they get to do any damage to the enemy, then whether they die after 30 seconds or 15 mins, they still have accomplished nothing, and should earn almost nothing. The pay per accomplishment system could do with some tweaks. So players are paid sufficiently for what they do accomplish. And I'm sure it will be tweaked often between now and release while the game is finished.
Some people just get annoyed that things aren't perfect yet. Obviously they aren't. But there's 150? developers working on it often 12+ hours a day for the next 3? months aiming to make it perfect before release. Until then its free for you to test and look at what they have done so far...

Its a bit early to be picking tanks for release or clan-wars at the moment.
But if release was tomorrow, id go for a IS7 Russian T10 heavy, and a T23 American T8 medium for the scout. I don't like playing TD's or Arty's.
But there is still lots of tanks we haven't seen yet, Like the T9 mediums.

I'd like to ask if you do plan to add Victory Ratio into Hall of Fame main page (http://game.worldoftanks.com/ratings/). It's the only statistic missing from the list of 13 ratings shown at player's personal profile. Whilst we can sort players by Victory Ratio at the main Top 1000 list, I'd like to see Win/Lose ratio included at the main Hall of Fame list.
