Overlord: Yes, that' correct. In both examples provided above HE damage
should go through a relatively thin roof, hull's roof or turret's
roof respectively.

Overlord: We have been keeping track of many parameters since the very
release, most of them are still not displayed anywhere. Thus they
are not available for public.
Regarding expanded stats, both on web and in-game, I think they are unlikely to arrive in 7.x series. As for new achievements, they should come earlier, since many of them are ready by now.

Under any circumstance the change won't arrive in 7.0.

Non.

OldFox: Давайте я вам подробно объясню. В принципе мой призыв был адресован
русскоязычным жителям стран Балтии, которые "тусуются" на данном
форуме потому, что тут их родной язык - русский.
Почему мы сделали привязку по IP? Потому что мы хотим, чтобы в первую очередь развивалось наше коммьюнити - прибалты плюс русскоязычные жители стран Балтии. Именно такая задача была поставлена передо мной руководством WG.
Но, поскольку месяца полтора-два назад я заметил, что русским коммьюнити на ЕУ-сервере совершенно никто не занимается, я предложил курировать и вас тоже. Поэтому сейчас, как вы могли заметить, конкурсы, которые я раньше проводил для прибалтов, теперь проводятся для всех, я чаще нахожусь на вашем форуме, чем на прибалтийских.
Балтийская Лига задумывалась как турнир для игроков из Латвии, Литвы и Эстонии, а также тех, кто состоит в кланах, так или иначе связанных со этими странами. Одновременно мы прекрасно понимаем, что в случае успеха Лиги её надо расширять на весь регион Балтийского моря. Для этого потребуется включить в сферу интересов Балтийской Лиги Польшу, Германию, Данию, Финляндию, Швецию, Данию и, конечно же, Россию. Но это в отдаленном будущем.
Что же вам делать сейчас, если хочется участвовать в Лиге?
Во-первых, почитать Регламент, из которого станет ясно: турниры "1on1" и "Amateur Series" будут проходить только онлайн, то есть, никуда ехать не придется - даже финальные матчи можно отыграть из дома. Физически вы можете участвовать в них.
Во-вторых, стоит учесть тот факт, что ЛАН-финал "Pro Series" Зимнего турнира пройдет в конце февраля-начале марта в Риге. То есть, если ваша команда может решить вопросы с визами и оплатить себе дорогу до Риги и обратно, в принципе, физически вы можете участвовать и в PRO-турнире.
Другое дело, что есть пункт Регламента, на который вы ссылаетесь, и который отсекает игроков с не прибалтийскими IP. После того, как я стал курировать все русскоязычное коммьюнити ЕУ-сервера, этот пункт мне самому не нравится. Все-таки вы тоже стали моими

Si j'achète un camouflage avec de l'or (donc permanent) Si un jour je décide de changer le visuel de mon tank et de prendre un autre camouflage avec des crédits donc disons par exemple pour 30 jours. Une fois les 30 jours passés, mon tank récupérera-t-il son camouflage permanent acheté précédemment avec de l'or? Ou dois-je le racheter?

And considering now it's nearly non-stop event time - get more XP
for the first victory, get more credits on tank X etc., there are
too many people who do not care - "I play for fun, lulz. Why do you
care? It's my account!" They just rush, camp, afk, play worse than
their cats sleeping on keyboards, because they are... still
rewarded enough.
No consequences for losing/dying - more bad players rewarded well enough to continue - less overall quality of teams in random battles.

Overlord: 1. As far as I remember the logos will be placed on front plate
(like Pz V/IV apl) and somewhere in the rear hull. Not on the
turret.

By the way: the devs were very impolite when answering the question concerning the big MG weakspot of the VK4502B (see link above). They state that the weakspot will remain on V4502B and advise us that the VK4502B drivers should try to intimidate their opponents with the size of the MG(!). This statement from WG is nothing but a insolence!
Please answer in a honest way, since I would like to know in time whether I should switch over to the soviet line. Thanks.

By the way: the devs were very impolite when answering the question concerning the big MG weakspot of the VK4502B (see link above). They state that the weakspot will remain on V4502B and advise us that the VK4502B drivers should try to intimidate their opponents with the size of the MG(!). This statement from WG is nothing but a insolence!

Overlord: Normalization change is needed for balancing purposes.
Change of HE-mechanics is caused by the overhaul of hit-boxes (now we have ~40 of them reworked according to the 16-group layout). There are a number of bugs when excessive HE damage is inflicted following the rules of the existing system. We need to adopt the system to our new hitboxes.

Overlord: There is no problem actually. The discrepancy between server-side
reticle and client reticle is caused by "jerk" aiming. If you move
your reticle smoothly, the discrepancy will be insignificant. It's
not possible to get rid of it completely due to client-server
connection.
