Dec 21 micropatch - Details on Clan camo bug fixes

veganzombiez: The micropatch on December 21 moved all applied Clan Wars camo (from seasons, campaigns, events) to the inventory in order to fix a functionality bug, and to fix the camo preview bug.  You can now preview camo freely, and it won’t be mistakenly applied to your tank.   You can reapply the camo to tanks of your choice.   Important: As before, once applied, Clan Wars camo will be bound to that certain tank.
