veganzombiez:   Less player time committed to Skirmishes is one of the biggest things the WGA team pushed for.  Sure, Tier X gets ~100 Influence per win, but there are various factors regarding Tier X Skirmishes that may not make it as feasible for many clans, or even to get it started.  A few solutions were proposed and discussed, and more info on that will be posted in the coming weeks.
