Tank Locking

Has anyone tried doing this and cannot get the data from WG? We don't want to have everyone trying to put, next to their name, in TS what tanks they have and deal with all the clutter. However, if there isn't a website/mod then we will have to resort to it but I would like to know if one has been developed or not.
