settings. Click on Start, and in the search box type
"%appdata%" (without the quotes) and press enter. Double-click
on the wargaming.net folder and delete the World of Tanks folder.
Then restart your game client. If that doesn't work,
submit a ticket to Support and let them know you've
already tried clearing your preferences file. Attach your
DxDiag and python.log (python is found in your World of
Tanks install folder) and one of us will take a look.
