Get Your Tanks Back! New Support Policy

pizzastorm: Hello Tankers,   Good news! Our support team is now allowing 4 exceptions a year, instead of 1 exception per account.    What this means is that you, the Player, can contact our Customer Support department to potentially have an in-game action reversed, or a previously sold vehicle restored.   Some examples of things that CAN be rolled back -   - Accidental Gold to Credit conversions - Tank Restorations (You can request multiple vehicles per Exception) - Accidental Ammunition purchases using Gold - Reversing accidental garage slot purchases.   For a more information on this new policy please read this knowledgebase article - https://na.wargaming.net/support/Knowledgebase/Article/View/396/18/what-are-exceptions-and-how-do-they-work   Feel free to contact support with any questions that you may have.   ***Edit**** This policy will not start until 05/05/15
