Rule Violations and In-game Reports

pizzastorm: Hey Tankers,   We wanted to make sure that you are aware of the changes that we are making to the way we handle rule violations on our end.   We will no longer be accepting tickets for rule violations that occur in-game. Going forward, we will be fully supporting our in-game report system. You can read more about the details HERE     To clear up any confusion on this matter, these in-game reports will still be reviewed and handled by a dedicated team of customer support representatives. The system will not automatically ban players so there is no need to worry about people abusing the new system.   Please keep in mind that this system is currently in place for in-game violations. The only exceptions to this are violations that are very severe and need to be handled immediately, e.g., real life threats, explicit sexual content, etc.   There is currently not an option to report another player from the garage. Any rule violations that occur within the garage can still be handled through our normal  ticket system. You can submit a ticket HERE.     Our goal is to ensure that the community is getting the support that it needs from Wargaming. To that end, we will be closely monitoring how it works and how it can be improved. At the moment, it is still a work in progress and depending on what we see, there could be changes to the way we handle in-game violations in the future.
