Racism inside gameplay

I have been collecting some video-material of the chat and their action, and there seems to be a direct link on where do the racist people live in and the skill level of the person playing this game. Mostly better players seem to be less racist or atleast take part in the racist chat, but there has been a few unfortunate AND recorded cases of players from clans like EFE, FAME and OMNI participating generously in the chat talking and talking in most disgusting way.   Since racism seems to be a growing phenomena in world of tanks I would like to know the general attitude against racism here, because there are two first obvious things that come to my mind that can either SUPPORT or END the racism. 1. what is the policy of World Of Tanks? do they tolerate racism? if not, then how do they try to end it? if they do tolerate, then we can see it as them doing nothing against it. 2. does the community accept racism? if yes, then racism will be seen as flaming and the use of racism itself is not considered as uncommon behavior.
