have fewer than 500 battles and my win percentage is pretty low.
But I have read everything I can get my hands on (something to do
at work when I can't play) and think I have a solid plan for
advancing through the game tiers. I've heard arguments for racing
past tiers I-IV as well as arguments towards staying at I-III until
you get a solid grasp of the game and good crews. Currently
I have M3 Stuart (Elite), M2 Medium (Elite), T18 (Elite), M7
Priest, Vickers Med Mk III (Elite), PzKpfw III, Marder II, Wespe,
and T-26 My problem is, I just don't see how I can get my
crews to 100% in any reasonable amount of time. I have elited
about half of my tanks, and even with the double experience weekend
we just had they only went up about 4%. I am itching to purchase
some Tier IV tanks, and I can pay credits to start them at 75%, but
then I am right back where I was in my Tier IIIs -- creeping slowly
up from 75%. I probably won't be keeping any of my lower
tier tanks when I upgrade, so I can keep some of the crews and
retrain. I know I screwed up somewhere and wasted the 100%
experience in the Tier I crews when I didn't understand the
training system -- some of my crews have skills partially trained
even though they are now below 100% experience. So how
reasonable is it to get crews from 75 to 100% so I can start
getting some of the skills and perks? I do plan to buy some premium
when I know I am going to have some time to play. Should I just
bite the bullet and buy gold to train crews to 100% when I get my
Tier IVs (or maybe Vs)?pizzastorm: Congrats on having a plan! I didn't pay too much attention
to this stuff until pretty far into my tanking career.
