How do I access Replays?

The educational opportunities go on and on.  Watching where the best players go, what guns they are using, different tactics used depending on yer gun/tank and the map being played, etc, etc.

My Tier 1 tanks are meeting more and more Tier 2 (and 3? and Premium?) tanks ... many of which I can't readily identify in the heat of battle I can now look at more rationally.  Watch what they can and can't do, the tactics they prefer, etc.

These replays are a treasure trove of info for noob-ish tankers.
