2. I don't remember from the top of my head - you should read FAQ on visibility to calculate the exact numbers. But a bush visibility function works both ways.
3. There is a time delay between scout's death and you becoming invisible. So yes for limited time after the scout's death you will be visible. Plus experienced SPG player can track you by things you destroy on the map like falling trees or blowing up cars etc.
