World of Tanks 2nd Anniversary Fracas - All Tiers [Update]

lord_farquad: As a result of severe technical issues with the anniversary tournament will be changing format to a playoff, beginning tomorrow, and ending on Sunday. Those who still wish to participate may check the schedule again this evening for an updated bracket.
We will also be exploring compensation for all registered teams. Note that whether or not you participate in the tournament on Saturday will have no bearing on whether or not you receive compensation.
