this nugget.... if an ally does damage to an enemy you're spotting
you get 50% of the xp & credits from the damage, in addition to the
spotting xp & credits (this 50% is copied to you, not taken from
the player doing the damage). This makes providing targets to your
team an excellent way to make XP.
As an example... during my highest xp game (2,940 xp in my 2801) I never fired a shot, just spotted for my allies.
