lord_farquad: The reason we have not yet responded is because there is very
little to add. We learned that we had to move the time back due to
fututre server maintenance (not just serve restarts). I wish we
could use 11 am utc but it's simply not practical at the current
time, however I have begun discussion about moving the server
maintenance/restart times to a more accomodating time for our Ante
meridiem players.
As far as not responding to any tournaments emails, I apologize, I am currently in Minsk and did not realize until yesterday that there seems to be an issue with the tournaments email, so for now I am going to ask anyone that does email tournaments@worldoftanks.com to alsoPM me a copy of the email so I can be sure to answer. I will post a public update in regards to this as soon as I am able to acces the necessary tools.
