Clan Application sent, was accidentally denied, now they can't send me an...

Blazen6199, on Apr 18 2013 - 15:07, said: I was asked to apply to a clan which I did, someone else however within the clan not knowing i was joining accidentally denied the application.  They then attempted to send me an invite but get a message similar to the one I am now seeing when I try to reapply which basically says an application or invite was already submitted for this clan.  But I have no invite under my account management, and I can't send a new application either.  Is there some stupid wait period between sending an application and being able to send them another one?  And if that is so why would it also prevent them from inviting me?  The wait period is over from me leaving my last clan, and yes if I go to another clan and hove over join clan it does not give me any error messaging stating I can't apply, its only to the clan I already applied for previously I see any issues.
