Website issue(s)?

krazyone: Has anyone else tried what Shankmeyster suggested yet? And Shankmeyster were you not able to connect to both the portal and the support site prior to changing the settings in firefox?

When you comment please give as much information as possible if you can. Service provider, have you updated browsers/tried other browsers yet? Updated java/flash? Flushed DNS ect.

Also if you are able to contact support please do not leave a comment here but submit a ticket there instead as it is not the same issue.
