To retrain or not to retrain .... a crew retrain question

krazyone: When I first started I wish I would have kept one crew on each of my tanks, however each tank I would get a new crew until I realized it was much better to keep one crew through the entire tree (tree being TD, Heavy, SPG)

In other words I would keep the same crew on each line and just start with a fresh (or if you pay for a gold or silver crew) crew on each new line.

But that is what I would do and in the end it is your choice on what you do. As well I am sure that many other players have different play styles as well.
