Friend's list issue is now beyond ridiculous

dance210:   Hello enjineer,   I agree and apologize that it is taking so long for our dev team to fix this issue completely. At this point we are collecting player names to send off to the dev team, as it appears as though this issue is affecting specific accounts and is not server-wide.
