for everyone: there is a known issue with the trade-in program
if you have an expired rental tank in the garage. For example, if
you have an expired rental for the SU-100Y in the garage, you will
not be able to use the trade-in program to purchase an SU-100Y. If
you remove the expired rental, you should be able to use the
trade-in program. In some cases, the error may occur even if
the rental tank has already been removed. In that case, please
submit a Support ticket.
