Heavy Medals not crediting...

another WG glitch... I completed a game in my KV220... won high
caliber, BIA and steel wall... should've received 3 tickets for the

month... although I at this point should have 13 (8 daily, 2
previous medals and should have 3 from this)... this completely
stinks WG... is this something what I can put a ticket in for (I
really need the tix, will be out for vacation later in the month)
or am I just out of luck as usual? completed 3 missions,
credited 1 ticket, 11 in total for the month (should have 13):

what happened Screenshot showing the afterbattle report where you
earned the missions Screenshot showing the mission for each of the
Heavy Medal's that you completed Once our Support staff gets
that, they should be able to figure out what's going on.
