dance210: It seems to be some strange caching issue. 1. Log out
of the portal then log back in. That should fix it. Or 2. Log in
using a different web browser (e.g. if you were using Firefox try
Internet Explorer or Chrome) If there is still an issue, you
can PM me or send an email to tournaments@wargamingamerica.com with
the following information: Your ingame name Name of team you are
trying to join OR want to create Name of tournament
