is intentional. A Stand-To is intended to be a quick, one day
casual tournament where a team or player can decide to join last
minute. That's also why team sizes are kept relatively small, so
teams can be put together quickly. While having it up longer can
increase participation, it can also increase the likelihood that a
team/player will have something happen where they can't make it,
which could lead to increased no shows and player frustration,
especially for solo registration teams.
