As a general note, if you see the site in Russian, you can
change http://portal-ct.worldoftanks.ru/ru/tournaments/32/
to http://portal-ct.worldoftanks.ru/en/tournaments/32/
and it will show in English. The part in red is the
difference. This should work for most of the pages. I
will also mark all of our tournaments as [NA], so feel free to
ignore the rest of them
