when registration was closed. Only teams that have applied for the
tournament are accepted; all other teams are automatically declined
when registration closes.

tournament series; players are required to sign up for each day.
Teams that are declined on the second (or any other) day are
declined because the team captain failed to submit the team before
registration closes. Generally speaking, that is the ONLY way that
a team is declined.
