reasons: 1. They did not have enough players by the time
registration was closed 2. They had enough players, but did not
apply for the tournament. Once the team captain has applied
for the tournament, the status will change from Forming to Pending
Approval. ONLY teams in Pending Approval will be accepted to the
tournament. Does this help explain what may have happened?

prizes.dance210: That is correct. The program shows the standings by a)
points earned then b) alphabetical team name. Ties are deal with
manually and aren't reflected in the group
