starts at 18:00 PST... but how often does your team play and how
long does it last each evening? We have guys with families,
and we're trying to figure out if it's a full 3 hour commitment
each night, or if we'll have a handful of games at a set time?
So does everyone start near 18:00 PST, or are some teams
scheduled at 19:00 or something like that?Do your team's battles last around a hour for however many games? Or more?
Roughly how many games will your team play each night?
Can you sub players in/out anytime inbetween your games? This is the only thing I've found so far that talks about the games: Battles begin every 13 minutes and last 10 minutes max. Three points are granted for a win, one point for a tie, no points for a loss. Winners are determined based on overall rank. Overall rank is determined by the ratio of total points earned against total points possible, from all groups across all rounds.
dance210: Teams play all five days (Mon. - Fri.). Battles start
at 18:00 PDT. To prevent special battles from crashing, we do set
battles in blocks, and offset blocks by one minute. That usually
means the first battle starts anywhere from 18:00 - 18:10 PDT (the
time varies depending on number of teams). It's a round
robin each day - so a team will face every other team within their
group. I am going to try to keep it to 8 teams per group. That
would mean 7 battles a night, for ~1.5 hours. Groups will be capped
at 10 teams: 9 battles for night, ~ 2 hours. Yep! As long as
a player is on the roster before registration is closed, you can
swap guys in and out as needed.
